The location was only a 15-20 minute drive to the Ruach ministry leadership conference we were attending along with having breakfast before we left out each morning was a definite plus!! Also being on a tight budget, being affordable was a HUGE BLESSING!!!

Honestly, there wasn't anything we could complain about during our 3 night stay. There was an additional $100 deposit (I wasn't aware of) that is supposed to be credited back to my card in 4 to 6 days.

Staff are pleasant to deal with. I have stayed here roughly five times over the last 3 years and have never been disappointed. The hotel is smaller than many, which in my mind is a plus as there is less hallway and parking lot noise to disturb you. The price is reasonable.

The included breakfast is very limited in options.

The breakfast was edible with several options to choose from. The location was excellent. Conveniently close to almost anything. The employees were very friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were clean.

No channel guide for television. Water pressure was extremely lacking in shower. Mattress on bed was extremely uncomfortable as if sleeping on a concrete slab. Telephone in room was inoperable. Muffins & cinnamon rolls were very dry and jelly for toast was limited to grape. We were told at check - in that breakfast was from 6:30-9:30 but was being removed by 8:45.

Nice size room and bathroom. Day shift staff were very friendly.

Night shift staff was not very friendly. We were directed out to the end of the building to get to the elevator vs. being directed down the hall to the elevator. We had to take bags all the way across the parking lot and then tote them to our room because the luggage carts were all up front where we were not allowed to enter.

It was close to highway. The woman at the desk was superb and was very kind to us. Bed linen very clean.

It is older and had a smoke smell in hallways and the light from outside was bright even though it had black out curtains

The entire property was very clean. Their where plenty of places to eat and shop close by. The value of the property was great. I would definitely recommend staying to anyone. We will certainly be back soon

The property was clean, easy to find,and had a good amount of eateries next to it.

To get to most of the museums, gps had us getting on and off the big highway. Also I wish they offered some protein at breakfast.

Bed was comfortable and room location was ideal. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean. Luggage cart available for loading

the required deposit. I have never had to pay that before and had to make a separate trip to go collect it at 4 in the morning. Room coffee weak and undrinkable! Worst cheap toilet paper ever

The room was exceptionally well kept for the price. I've stayed in $300/night rooms that weren't this nice. The beds were comfy, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the room was very clean.

The parking lot is REALLY small.

Room and bed were comfortable. Liked having an iron, microwave and refrigerator. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok (continental, waffles, eggs, and sausage).

Traveled with 2 young kids and we were jetlagged. Waking to eat before 9am (2 hrs before checkout) was hard and they post a sign telling you not to take your breakfast to the room. Facility dated. So not the cleanest bathrooms.
