Location is perfect, right next to the mall. Walking distance from lots of restaurants. Loved the welcoming environment as soon as we walked in. The room is perfect for a couple-we didn't have kiddos running around. The shower was super nice. The roof top lounge was very nice with the pool table and outdoor view from the roof was pretty as well. The main guy at the front was a little quiet but still nice and got us through the process quickly. The bartender was very nice and the security officer helped us find silverware when we needed a snack in the middle of the night. Much appreciated. There was a pool still open and fire pits on the main level as well as the roof top lounge. Well definitely be back again.

I don't have any complaints. I read the reviews after I booked it ( I have drove passed this place many times and have wanted to stay especially for the roof top balcony) I was a little nervous about how it was going to go since there were so many bad reviews, but it was wonderful!! The parking is a little crazy since in the outskirts of the mall parking lot, Dave and busters is in the same parking lot, Cheesecake Factory and a gym. PLENTY parking just may have to walk a little. We were there on a Saturday night, just need some patience.

It was close to everything, and the pool was great! Also the front desk ladies were super nice, and the rooms were different but cool, they lacked some shelves but the best thing was it was so quite I couldn’t hear anyone, and there windows were blacked out and the AC was great, also that shower gets hot and it’s last for a long time that was great, I was showering twice a day.

They didn’t have trash bags just cans and I didn’t like that, it wasn’t even clean and there was no where to set your shower stuff in the shower, and I daughter slips her water and it faded out brown on the pillows which was weird, nothing too bad it was a great stuff and place other than little things

Even though my taste does not run modern I liked the rooms modern decore. Our room was a handicap room. The bath accomodations were great.

The bed was low making it a little difficult to get out of. The shower water knob setting were difficult to dicern It was a no step walk in and the shower curtain was about 3 inches short. Floor outside curtain got very wet. Could be dangerous. Had to use a bath towel to stop out on. None of these things detracted from our stay. Just you might be aware of. Room 208

I like the location and I loved the layout of the rooms. I do wish that you had rooms with just normal bathtubs in them instead of just handicap seats in the tubs. I like to relax while on trips and you could not get the seat to even stand up because it hit the wall so with that seat being in the tub, it gave you a very small area to even stand to shower. So the seat should either be able to be removed or raised up to the wall so that you can still relax and take a bath.

While on our stay, we had to end up moving rooms because the heat went out in our first room. So once we had everything unpacked and put away in drawers, or hung up we had to pack everything back up 3 days later to move to another room which was a big inconvience. Then once we got moved to another room, there was a lot of noice from the room above us both nights we were in that room before we checked out. It was almost like there were a lot of kids jumping off a bed or something up until about 1-1:15am.

The room was FANTASTIC. Loved the room configuration and the cleanliness. The little table area in the corner of the room was perfect for sharing a sandwich. The shower was the best I've ever seen and experienced in a hotel. We drove from Florida to Colorado and stayed in 3 hotels along the way. This hotel was the very best. I will make it a point to stay at an Aloft again!

Definitely an adult getaway location surrounded by great shopping, entertainment and food! You could literally walk to everything if you wanted. Parking was ok it can get a little hectic seeing as it shares parking with two busy restaurants as well, another thing I noticed is this is a pet Friendly hotel and I saw a lot of dogs during my stay so if you don’t care for other peoples pets I wouldn’t advise other then that loved the luxury feel without the added fees

The walls are a little thin

They were able to get me a room with two queen beds at a hotel that was very close and still permitted us to have access to the pool. Manager of operations was very polite and friendly with a great smile.

We booked our room for two nights stay on Monday night. After driving 5 hours to get to the hotel, we were informed that due to a new system update, they accidently over booked and did not have the room that we booked days in advance available for us to stay in.

Hotel room was very clean and tidy. The facilities were nice and good for my one night stay. I would definitely stay here again if I were ever to travel back to Chattanooga.

I was required to pay $8 per person for breakfast, but when we got there, there was nothing but cereal and coffee to go. I thought it was going to be better than that considering I already paid for something.

The property was very convenient to all needs and desires. The overall hotel environment was great.

The staff were not warm, friendly, or concerned about guest. Every staff that we encountered presented with a flat affect as if they didn’t want to be bothered. Upon checking in the young man was so dry and nonchalant that I thought he was upset about being at work.

More options for breakfast. That wasn't a big deal because there were so many food options around the hotel
