All the staff was very kind and considerate. Nice clean room. The pool area was nice and clean also. Breakfast on the weekends was excellent.

There wasn't as much breakfast offered during the week mornings versus the weekend. We stayed on the first floor and it was quite noisy, I could hear the people walking above us and doors slamming. One afternoon at 430 pm maid service opened my door but couldn't all the way because of the latch. They had already been there so there was no reason for them to come back. The TV would not work every single morning.

We were greeted by a very friendly front desk staff member who had fabulous glasses. The breakfast workers were super sweet and making sure everything was stocked. The breakfast variety was great. The bottles of shampoo/conditioner were huge in our shower. The room was clean. The hot tub was HOT(a good thing), and my girls enjoyed the pool. We needed a place to stay for a funeral and booked this last minute. We were very happy with our choice.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was better than expected. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again when I return to Chattanooga.

The only issue we had was the elevator was a little sketchy. It made this noise when it would stop on your floor and the doors would open that made you feel it was about to drop. It was clean but set off my wife's anxiety.

This is by far the cleanest hotel I have ever seen. The room was spotless. The sitting area when you first come in so very inviting. Staff was friendly and informative. The pool and hot tub area was well maintained. Price was a great value for the area. The breakfast was out of this world. Everything from biscuits, eggs, turkey sausage, cereal, oatmeal, yogurts and so much more. Check out time being at 12 is unheard of in other hotels. All in all this was an amazing experience!

There isn’t one thing we found wrong!

Clean and inviting lobby and facilities. Loved the comfortable bed with reading lights. Loved the pool/spa hours and fitness room. Breakfast was awesome. Checkout time was perfect. We will definitely stay here again on our trips from Missouri to Florida and I will be searching for Fairfield inn everywhere we go.

Could have used a bench or chair for cargo in the bathroom - beautiful shower, just little counter space on the vanity.

Location, room

When I made the reservation two weeks ago, I requested top floor away from the elevator and received a reply back from the hotel. When we checked in the lady employee told us she didn't see the request and that no rooms were available on the top floor. Just seemed like she didn't take the time to read and was not interested in accommodating the request.

I did not go to breakfast because I slept in and enjoyed the very comfortable bed after a night swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. I was very happily surprised when I found out the pool and hot tub were open until 11pm as that was a huge part of me wanting to stay overnight for my birthday. My friends and I had a great time and the staff was very kind.

There was not anything I would change

The checkin process went very well and the front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and very nice. The room was clean and fresh smelling with adequate space for our needs. Will strongly consider a return should we be in the area.

The bathroom lacked any hand soap and we needed to ask for some from the front desk, which they apologized for and gladly provided when requested. We noticed an odor of some sort in the hallways that should be looked in to, but the room was fresh and clean smelling.

Location, bed comfy, rooms nice and no smells. Lighting good and extra tv in sitting doffs area was a plus. Small dorm refrigerator.. we will stay again!

Just roads our front under work for repairs, but !! Cracker Barrel was right across street in no traffic road due to road repairs.everything looked fairly new!

Breakfast variety was very good, fresh everything. The healthy nuts, granola, dried fruit mix was a great addition to the breakfast variety. The room was very clean, and orderly. Bed was very comfortable. Great location right off the expressway. Nice walking distance to several restaurants.
