Breakfast was good. The cinnamon buns were excellent with the coffee.

I selected the property for the indoor pool and connivence to a medical enter. I stopped in on the way to the medical center for a quick looksie. I was informed the pool was closed due to a heater issue and appears to have been closed for several weeks if not a few months. They should’ve updated their Booking.com site info. With an ill family member and convenience to the hospital, I kept my 2 nite stay, however on my 2 nite stay next week, I will select a working indoor pool facility

The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure, was hot and the a/c worked well. They had the Dove brand pumps available for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand wash. The internet worked well and the breakfast was well stocked with many choices everyday including a pancake machine. According to the sign in the elevator, they were doing renovations on the third floor. I'm not sure if they had already done the second floor yet. If so, the hallway carpet is in desperate need of a cleaning. It was filthy. Finally, it was a short drive to the Hamilton Place Mall area (with tons of food options) and downtown Chattanooga was maybe a 15 min drive. It's a good option if you don't want to pay downtown hotel prices.

The parking lot was very small and very tight. There was not much room to back out, turn, etc. The hotel is located in East Ridge which can get a little sketchy in parts however I never felt unsafe. It's just not the most amazing part of Chattanooga.

We have stayed here several times and it is a very convenient stopping location, clean, and affordable on trips back and forth between Florida and Michigan.

On this particular stay, the breakfast failed miserably. The one person working was overwhelmed with demand, almost all items usually offered were unavailable, hot food dishes were continually empty, and the coffee containers were full of grounds.

Staff was great. I especially liked the attendant in the eating area. Also the person who checked us out on Sunday Morning. Sorry didn't get her name

The person who checked us in was not like the rest. She seemed to not care about great customer service. She actually made the rest of the staff look bad.

Breakfast was very good and better than expected. Hotel was very clean. Indoor pool was nice. Staff were very friendly. Conveniently located.

The back parking area was not lit because the street lamp was not working, the front area was lit. It was very dark in the back parking area and we didn't like that. We had to park in the back because of limited parking

It was extremely clean, family friendly, the staff was excellent-they seemed to have the ‘old school’ kind of hospitality that has seemed to slip away in today’s society.

Everything was really good …If I had find something I didn’t like maybe that it could use more parking

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, clean facility, great breakfast with lots of options, good wifi, comfy beds, nice indoor pool, check out at 11am, Dove products, nice neighborhood.

The carts to take your luggage up and down are horrible. They are in a triangular shape and small. They were very difficult to use with all of our luggage.

Location was good and a lot of restaurant options. The guy at the desk even helped me find a room in Louisville our next stop.

Some updates are needed, cracked tiles but otherwise really good.

Staff was very accommodating when I asked for towels, coffee and a ground floor room.

A/C controls were broken and it was way too cold in my room and couldn't be adjusted.

The breakfast was great and had lots of options! My daughter loved the pancake maker.

The only thing we didn’t care for was the smell when we went into our room. It was very clean but I think it was just an air freshener or something that was sprayed was a little strong.
