The staff and facilities were great. The breakfast was really good and a big variety. Location is excellent with restaurants and even a bass pro shop across the street. We are repeat customers and are likely to return.

We got a room with 2 queens. I slept on one and my wife and daughter on the other. My wife and I both woke up with sore backs from the bed. I'm not sure if it was just that rooms beds or if it's just the type of bed thru out the hotel, but either way, we were down in our backs after sleeping on them.

The location was perfect with having multiple stores around that are walking distance. The Continental breakfast was perfect for my family. We definitely will be staying in a hotel like this again. It was very close to the ball fields where we were having a tournament. The area all around was nice. The gym the pool and the lobby where all kept up very well. Loved that you could have coffee all day and they kept out some apples in the dining area.

I wish the room was a little bit cleaner. Upon walking into the room it had a musty foot smell and there was multiple marks on the wall that were visible to the eye once you open the door.

Very convenient. In the heart of everything. The staff were great . From the time I walked in the hotel I felt at home. Nice area to do your business work at inside the hotel with fruits , coffee , water and Tv for your convenience. After a 7 hour trip I cuddled in my bed and it was so comfortable

Front desk staff was indifferent. Gave the impression that the guests were an imposition. I realize with the electronic check in & out and the digital room keys that they are now a non essential position but a smile, hello or even a fake sense of helpfulness would be better. Breakfast server was fantastic!

Brand new hotel in a new complex of restaurants including a steak restaurant, Mexican, pizza, and brands including Dixie Queen, Chick-fil-a and Starbucks. Nice big rooms, immaculately clean and fully equipped... apart from a room safe! Good breakfast for this type of hotel. Ask for a room the opposite side from the Interstate! But generally a nice place albeit a little pricey for a 3 star.

Just a couple of downsides apart from no safe are; AC unit is to noisy and powerful. It runs like crazy when it's above temperature then stops, then off its goes again. Would be nice if it just ran slow and continuous.

It was so clean! The beds were amazingly comfortable and the staff were very welcoming. You can actually walk and get something to eat at a nearby restaurant. Would absolutely stay here again.

The shower could’ve been a bit cleaner, but that’s about it.

Breakfast was great. the way we expected it to be from great reviews. First day we meet the guy at the front desk very friendly and nice. Then when we left the hotel and came back from dinner He welcome us back with a smile. We enjoyed our trip. Leaving the hotel the girl at the front desk and another employee there Sunday morning was so refreshing and pleasant. They started our morning off with a great start. What a great stay we had. Thanks for everything!!!

We loved the stay, liked everything The trip was worth our while. We were able to accomplish what we came there in the city to do. Had so much fun! site see, got with friends, good food, and visited the Tennessee Aquarium.

One and only thing that I could not get over was the barn door style bathroom door. It had a gap on the sides with no lock so I had to bolt lock door to room incase housekeeping came and to top it off no vent so it was super quiet. lol Suppose to have another couple come but change of plans thank goodness because that would have made it super awkward.

I'm sorry I don't remember the young lady that checked us in, but she was the most pleasant young lady we've met in a very long time. She had the most amazing smile on her face. The young man that checked us out was just as pleasant. Thank you for making our stay a good one. I just wish I had written down their names.
