Everything was fabulous! Roscoe and the rest of the staff were absolutely personable from the minute I walked in the door. Roscoe was funny thinking I had an accent being from Boston, Lol. He made sure that the two rooms I rented were next to each other, which made it convenient. He always had a smile on his face and always asked how things were going. This is truly someone that I would appreciate working in my establishment. Friendly employees make all the difference. The breakfast every morning was great! It was different every day. We didn't use the gym, but we did look at it, and it was very well equipped and clean. We did see some people using the gym, so it does get used. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We wish the pool was able to have sun a little longer. We did quite a few hikes, and when we came back, we liked to refresh in the pool. Where the pool is located in relation to the building, it gets shaded around 3pm. Don't get me wrong, we still jumped on and relaxed, but it would have been nicer if the pool stayed in the sun longer.

Very clean and up to date place to stay. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Impressive decor.

If I had to find something wrong I would say we could hear the people above us walking heavily. It wasn’t very often so it wasn’t a problem.

Everything was wonderful! Our room was so cute and perfect and it was so nice to sit outside at the firepit at dusk. 💗 The shampoo in the shower is absolutely amazing and I HAVE to find it online! Its honestly the best my hair has ever felt! The bed was amazing, I could have just slept on and off all day! Customer service was great also; we had one request and they happily accomodated us. As an additional note the young lady at the front desk was so nice to us! Need I say more??

No suggestions for improvement. Our stay exceeded our expectations. A+++++++

Loved the apartment-size refrigerator even for just the night and the kitchenette would be great for longer stays. The Keurig and Green Mountain coffee available in the room was greatly appreciated. They had the cutest tiny salt & pepper shakers and the kitchen tools needed to fix a simple meal in the room. Including wine glasses! We left long before their hot breakfast was open. But gluten-free blueberry muffins and extremely hot coffee were available.

The pillows were too "puffy" with no alternative to pick from and the showerhead was positioned too high and didn't have enough pressure to rinse my hair. I had to rinse it in the sink. This time we weren't traveling with our small dog but if we were the $75 nonrefundable pet fee would make it too expensive to stay with our dog.

Room was amazing, spotless, wonderful kitchenette with plates, cups, bowls, an amazing medium-sized refrigerator, and a mini dishwasher. It was great being able to re-freeze our ice packs and wash out our containers and water bottles from the drive. The bed was comfortable. The room was on the smaller side, but definitely enough room for two adults and a small child. The bathroom was great, wonderful shower, very relaxing, a huge plus that it didn’t have a shower curtain, the glass made it feel cleaner. The closet was another highlight, lots of shelves and they were adjustable so we could stay organized and fit all our bags into one area. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was fantastic, I specifically loved the sausage biscuit sandwiches and cheesy eggs. There was a huge variety of breakfast options.

Really reaching here, but the parking lot was a little cramped and I didn’t like how the couch in our room felt, the material was a little rough. Also, the shower was both a pro and a con for me, pro because the shower was so relaxing and had glass instead of a shower curtain, but con because of a slight design flaw; the shower head overshot the glass and water would spray out onto the floor of the bathroom if someone wasn’t standing directly in the path of the shower water to block it. However, none of these things negatively impacted my stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel was phenomenal. The daily breakfast had numerous options available and was extremely convenient and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely property!

Nothing that I can think of. Front desk staff were always smiling, courteous and attentive. Asked questions regarding our stay and very helpful when we engaged in conversation.

I have zero complaints. Told my husband if we were ever visiting in Chattanooga again, we would stay there again. Took about 20 minutes to get to the attractions we were wanting to see; worth the drive to stay somewhere that nice, clean and quiet!

Great, well cared for hotel. Staff is very attentive and go out of their way to meet your needs. The rooms.. love this new set up by Marriott. When traveling, you get tired of eating out, and their kitchens are perfect and set up with all you need to prepare a meal. We'll be staying at more of their hotels in the future.

The pillows were too soft, but the beds are great! With that said they offered a different pillow. Imagine that! They care.

Hands down the best continental breakfast from a hotel. It was so well organized, prepared and had a fantastic variety. The room was clean and modern. We had an incredible view from our room. The staff was fairly friendly. Some more than others.

The morning desk person was either not a morning person, or maybe had a bad day.

The breakfast was amazing and over the top! The hotel was clean and had a cool vibe. The staff was friendly and super helpful.

The walls seemed a little thin - could hear voices in the next room from our bathroom. Also, the water pressure in the shower was not as good as we had hoped. It would have been nice to have parking for larger vehicles as we had a pickup truck with a trailer.
