I like the maintenance guy(young) , and his mother was super friendly and very welcoming The rest of the staff in the front were barely professional. The young lady was friendly. The guy (main manager) was unprofessional all around.

The time of check-in they put me in a horrible room on the first floor. The beds were pissy , and the smell was unbearable. I used the room phone to call the front desk, file a complaint , but the phone was not working. . I called from my personal cell and asked her to come look at the unacceptable mess of a room. I asked for a new room on the first floor and she said yes. After going into my new room it was clean and smelled good. I guess they were going to throw me and my family in a filthy room and expect us to stay. No way!!!! Then I asked for new sheets ,and blankets but the rude guy says he didn’t have any. Ok. That like KFC saying “ we have no chicken “ but still open. But for the most part it turned out to be an ok stay.

Waffles and awesome coffee. Excellent location and quiet away from road noise but right off a easy exit from the freeway.

The elevator lives up to the review. Bangs against the walls as it goes up. Took the stairs from the third floor from then on. Stairwell could really use a paint. Hotel looks great otherwise.

Room was clean and nice. Location was close to what we were doing. Desk staff was nice.

Beds were way to high. All the people in our group are just barley over 5'. We could not comfortably sit on the beds. We had to climb up into them. If we had small children upto about 8 years old, we would have had to help them up everytime they wanted to sit on the bed. My feet did not reach the floor when I Sat on the bed.

My stay was beyond amazing best experience I have ever had at any hotel. The front desk employees that worked the evening of 7/23 and morning of 7/24 was very accommodating and kind. I had a last minute reservation the staff had a room ready and it was very clean. This place literally saved my birthday plans because I had a reservation issues at another hotel. Thank you so much!

Great location. Lots of great restaurant choices... Also enjoyed the fresh hard boiled eggs with my hotel breakfast...

Carpet is old and funky in the hallways. Recent updates in the bathroom bit fixtures didn’t line up and secure to the wall fully, I.e. fan and shower head base.

The room was nice,clean. The bed was really comfortable. Plenty of plug ins for phones. Pool was nice and clean

The toilet seat wasn't on properly. The water pressure wasn't good . The breakfast wasn't good.

Always keep in mind that this hotel was going through a renovation. Once done, in my option was relativity great.

a little worried about side door not shutting all the way. Had to manually shut the door all the way.
