The room was good. The shower stall doors are great. It was clean.

When I arrived, they charged all three nights on my card. That was fine. The part that was not fine was that they charged two more nights as an individual stay. So they charged me for five nights and I stayed three nights. When I talked to the manager about it, he kept insisting that the additional charges were not done by his team and they could not see them. He did not do any deeper research and repeatedly told me that I was not understanding. I called my CC customer service and disputed the charges. They dealt with LaQuinta, and my money was refunded.

Location is fantastic and it’s an excellent pet friendly property with a large, clean grassy area for dogs.

It was exactly what I expected. I have stayed here numerous times and will return.

Room was nice, comfortable, breakfast was good, location was great right off the interstate so we could hop back on. Nice building, etc.

I had pre-registered, but had to wait behind someone who had not registered at all, paying w/both cash and credit card and asking for a receipt. When I got to the window after about a 10 min. wait, I was given my key w/i a minute. Maybe the attendant could have asked if I was pre-registered and let me jump ahead while she finished w/the other customer. No big deal, and I wasn't sure how long it would take for me to get my key, but when I saw how the pre-registration worked, I thought it could have been handled differently. Again, no big deal but was tired after a long trip. Thanks,

I dislike bad reviews being made, especially for a place that is absolutely exceptional like this one. No place is perfect, so if someone is looking for something negative about this place, I guess I could say the water pressure in the shower could be better. The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean, plenty of room, nice lighting in the restroom, comfortable temperature in our room, clean outside our room, and in the lobby. Great hot breakfast! Did I say, "Great HOT Breakfast?" Scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits & gravy, muffins, bagels, cereal, apples, and waffles. Juices: cranberry, apple, orange juice & grape juice, milk, and coffee. Yummy! Staff was friendly, even the cleaning ladies. So, if you're going to leave negative feedback, leave it for the places that deserve it. Thank you for a great stay! We'll definitely stay here again! Room 207!

We started coming to Laquinta Hotel to just get away! This makes our 3rd time coming thus far because we like the location, nail salon, Bass Pro Shop we live in Kingston tn. This is pretty much our relaxation place. We love the complimentary breakfast. We ordered out for dinner. We really appreciate when our refrigerator in the room did not work the manager came and replaced it as soon as he got one. Very Happy with this place and staff are very Friendly! Definitely plan to come back! This time 2 nights. Thanks for making it a wonderful relaxation for my husband and I. Melissa and Steve Gallaher

It was cleaning looking and right off the highway and you "couldn't" hear the road noise. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was a plus with lots of choices.

One of the bed had lots of black hair in it so that bed sheets weren't changed. Either a previous person pulled the sheets back up so maid didn't know it needed changed or maid/cleaner didn't want to do it so they just remade the bed. Not a fun find. Girl at the front desk was very accommodating and gave is another room.

The room was a decent size, it was close to lots of restaurants, dog friendly.

If you like to sleep past 8am, do not stay here or at least make sure your room isn't on your first floor. Housekeeping starts at 8am and they are NOISY. We had to request to be moved to the 3rd floor because they woke us up multiple times just by being noisy in the hall while on the 1st floor.

I came back here this year because of last year's stay. It was the same, great! The beds were comfy, the room was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the best part is their breakfast. This is by far the best hotel for breakfast I've had. They have a lot to choose from... scrambled eggs, bacon (crispy), potatoes, biscuits, gravy, toast, muffins, waffles, oatmeal, OJ, coffee, milk, cereal, fruit, hard boiled eggs, ect. Everything I've tried has been great. This hotel is in a good location as well.

Breakfast provided lots of options and was served in a great area. I loved the fact that it is was set back and not in an open area just off the lobby. The location was clean and the suite that we had was perfect for our group. The location was decent for getting to Rock City and attractions downtown. Overall a great experience. The staff were amazing and quick to answer any questions.

Overall we didn't have things that we didn't like, we didn't use the sofa bed as a bed but it is showing signs of wear. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was very nice and beautiful. The breakfast was good and the area was very clean. We only stayed for 1 night but would stay again. The rooms ac worked really well and we like to keep it around 68. I liked the shower curtain having color so I could see in the shower. I struggle to see white on white without my glasses.

The hallways were a little hot but it wasnt a huge deal. Our room door was tough to open you had to push hard. My only complaint is in the shower there was a few strands of other peoples hair. Over all I would stay again.
