The Good: Generally everything within the abilities of the staff and management. Clean facilities, clean and fresh scented room, very comfortable beds, firm, but not too hard. Steaming hot water in the shower did not disappoint!

The Bad: Checked in late evening, hotel was already super packed with travelers, finding parking was a bit of a pickle. Had to park in the grass lot in front of hotel, along with several other vehicles. Walls are poorly insulated for sound. Noises easily heard from other rooms. Complementary breakfast was good, but because of the number of guests, it ran out very quickly. Needed to wait 15–20 minutes for restocking. All things considered, still a great hotel. Planning to stay there on my return trip out of Florida..

Breakfast was good but not being replenished so many of the options were empty. Room was clean and spacious.

Fold out couch was horribly uncomfortable, we could feel every spring, the cover was noisy, and even though we said we had 5 people there was not bedding for the fold out. We ended up not using it even after getting bedding because it was just awful. No one could have slept on it, and even if they tried they would have woken everyone up if they rolled over because the mattress was so loud. This room definitely should not have been advertised as accommodating 5 people because the fold out was just not an acceptable bed. We ended up having 3 kids sleep in 1 queen instead.

This hotel was probably the best place we have stayed in. The hotel was modern and clean. It was located in safe location. Our room was huge and quiet. The king size bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a pretty lighted mirror. The shower looked picturesque with Dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner products. Lastly, the front desk person was charming and had a nice welcome smile.

Although there was plenty of breakfast food to chose from, I wish they had a waffle maker. The pancake maker was awful. The traffic around the hotel can be busy to drive.

Location, location, and location! Close to everything. The front desk personnel were so welcoming and helpful. The lobby was cozy, and our room was very nicely decorated. Breakfast was amazing! Fresh, hot food, with plenty of choices. The young lady in charge never stopped monitoring the food area, refilling necessary foods, constantly cleaning- all with a smile on her face! This Holiday Inn checked all the boxes and was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. Kudos to the entire staff. You have given us a reason to return.

The location is perfect! There is shopping ,groceries, restaurants all so close. The staff was amazing. We requested extra towels and they were delivered so quickly. The beds were comfortable and we had a pull out couch that did its job!

The floors are not sound proof. We stayed on the 4th floor and could hear the people walking above us. We will stay here again, we will just request the 5th floor

The hotel was absolutely clean. The staffs we met were polite, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. We did not have to wait for any of the offerings. The kitchen staff were always there refilling as needed

The pool was outdoors, could have been located inside. As a result, it was cold when my kids went in to swim. Other than that, everything else was very good.

Nice hotel, cheerful staff, very clean room, nice assortment of breakfast items. Location was about a ten to fifteen minute drive from the highway in heavy traffic at around 6:15 p.m. however, our room was very quiet given the distance from the highway. Would stay at this hotel again, overall a very pleasant visit. Thank you!

Very clean and well staffed!!

I had to request a fresh duvet on one of the beds due to a small stain that was on it. The duvet smelled clean so I’m certain it was just a stain but I wasn’t comfortable not knowing for sure. The front desk staff quickly brought me a fresh duvet straight from the dryer and apologized immensely.

Very clean, new, and comfortable. We used the laundary facility too, which was very handy. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The drive to Boston downtown takes almost an hour in the morning, and 45 minutes returning in the evening. That plys the high parking fee in the city, makes one wonder if this is an optimal solution when the focus is visiting Boston.

The stay was terrific. The worse thing was the ladies in the breakfast area shut the door for breakfast before 930. I was getting a glass of apple juice and she shut the door with me in the kitchen area. I had to ask her twice to excuse me so I could return to my seat and finish my breakfast. This was done @924 AM. Otherwise the stay was one of the best hotels ever!
