When we arrived the air was on in the room it was nice and cool, compared to hot temp outside, it was clean, and had nice decor,

That 1st night I felt like something was biting me all over, I was itching, and the one blanket we had was thin, I was uncomfortable and didn't sleep. The 2nd night I adjusted the thermostat on AC accordingly, and bought me some benadryl. I slept better, but still not my best sleep. When I went to get a morning coffee the creamer was spoiled that I used, so I decided to forego my morning coffee. It was a nice room, convenient to Chattanooga. My family and I have decided, this is where we'll stay, should we get back to Chattanooga.

The hotel is in good condition for the building to be as old as it is. No real complaints, but you can tell that it is an older facility. Breakfast was very basic. Very good location for the area, easy to get around from here.

If I had a complaint it would be that the a/c unit is on a timer where it won't stay on constantly. However, it was efficient enough to keep the room cool.

I really liked how clean the room was and how nice the staff was. Room was clean and shining cleaning was done, there were no stains anywhere, room felt nice and private. I was not awake for the breakfast but I'm sure it was something awesome. The lighting in the room was immaculate, the beds were more comfortable than my bed at home and my stay was amazing all the way around.

My only problem was when I first checked in the lady at the front desk was eating an egg roll or something similar to it and licked her fingers then said "yes". Also the tv, there was no smart tv, just a tv with no cable and I was very shocked

The staff was very friendly upon check in/check out. I saw several families there walking around and even swimming in the pool, so it seems to be a safe place for kids. The location of the hotel was great for nearby restaurants and to where I needed to get to.

In my particular room, the shower head definitely needed some repairs so that the water would come out better. It was hot, but it just needed some maintenance.

Good location on a road that crosses a major shopping road. Very close to the battlefield. Comfortable, scrupulously clean. Seems to have been renovated recently. Really nice front desk staff.

Didn't take advantage of the breakfast due to dietary restrictions. The location was ideal for area attractions, and easy to access. The bathroom was looked clean but the shower surround still had hair stuck to it from a previous traveler and it didn't improve the three days we were there, even though housekeeping had touched up the room a couple times. The stay was very pleasant otherwise

Clean room, convenient location with everything I needed nearby. Also close to Chickamauga battlefield for a bit of sightseeing on a business trip

Very clean room, fresh smell in the room, excellent location.

1) Breakfast was a bit sparse, with no hot foods (other than the waffle machine), and no eggs. 2) We had to ask for decaf to be made on two of 3 mornings. 3) The only alternative sweetener was the pink stuff, which is bitter.

Only thing is wrong, that it’s no elevator but the property owner definitely wanted to assist with all my items. There’s 2 flights of stairs which turned out to be very easy to commute with multiple hands.

Breakfast was fine! About what one would expect for what they paid for the night? Location to Chickamauga Battlefield was great. Was why I picked this hotel.

Nothing was bad about my stay with this hotel.
