awesome place, so cozy, fantastic room I was so happy there and the breakfast is excellent it was fresh and delicious and the staff is super helpful and they have a snack bar and drinks so you can always get something.

I arrived on a Sunday night and booked the place because it was off the highway and had a restaurant, which is NOT open on Sundays. That really was massively disappointing since I was exhausted from driving and didn't want to go out again. Thankfully, I got door dash but they need to be more clear about that as it's mot listed on the booking page and on there website there is only the brunch menu

The room's door has absolutely no sound-proofing, as though the door was wide open as you have to hear elevators and everyone talk in the hallway throughout the night. Low water pressure and no hot water for the shower. Also, you have to run water for 10-15 minutes for the water to at least get warm. Not sure what the issue was with that. ...But at least I didn't have to take cold showers and no sandstorms 😃

I love the shampoo, hair lotion, body wash bottles nice size and extremely convenient for travelers . Room cleanness pillows middle firm not terrible soft from other hotels that I had traveled before. Room curtains was amazing I could make it light room or dark us I need. Love the wipes disinfectant all over the place.

I like everything I just would recommend to improve toilet paper quality a little bit the one you offered is terrible to clean with. I also recommend to find some bathroom doors holder installed when guests need to keep the bathroom door open still it doesn’t stop opening,

The doors have no soundproofing. My room was next to elevators. The noise from elevators and other guests was as though my room's door was wide open. Low water pressure and water temperature only got warm, no hot water. Had to let water run for about 15-minutes for shower water to get warm enough to shower without being cold. My room was on the 3rd floor, so I don't know if that had anything to do with it. But at least I had clean warm water and no sandstorm...

Location

Needs some renovations. I think they tried todo some but couldn’t use toilet paper holder as installed to close to shelf, almost same with pull out coffee maker. Had to turn to side to insert water because shelf above holding microwave was not high enough to slow coffee maker to open to insert water.

Check-in process was fast, room had a nice view of the sunrise (on side facing away from highway), and beds were comfortable. Felt very clean. Parking as easy as well. Free coffee in the morning.

Ladybugs were in the room, as other guests have indicated. If you're on the side of the building facing the highway, it can be loud. Breakfast isn't included and seems very pricey on the menu.

Property outside was very well maintained and clean. Room was comfortable and very clean. The added food area and bar was a great addition to this hotel.

The coffee was not very good, really bitter. May want to upgrade to a better coffee choice. It would be nice to have self serve coffee in the middle of the night for people who are up and for people who come in late. Overall very nice and clean hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodating when we had to move our room 3 times due to issues with refrigerator leaking and ants in the previous 2 rooms.

first two rooms had ants and the 1st room had leaking refrigerator. The final room we were in was nice but head more wear and tear on it compared to the 2 prior rooms. Hotel was very accommodating in finding us a room without ants.

Hotel was VERY CLEAN and the bed was honestly the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. I usually toss and turn and don't get much sleep. I was so thankful for that sleep you have no idea. The staff was excellent and very attentive. I will definitely recommend!!
