First off, it is a beautiful hotel with a very friendly and attentive staff. It is privately owned by a couple whose family is from the area which I thought was an absolute bonus! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and were on par with much higher priced accomodations. The rooms were well appointed and they offered everything you need for a comfortable stay. They had a small movie theater that kids would love and weary parents too 😉, also a little area that sold little convenience items, detergent, popcorn, candy bars etc. I am looking forward to staying again the next time we go to visit friends and family.

I never like the septic friendly toilet paper and tissues most hotels offer, other than this one thing which is very common for obvious reasons there is not one thing I have negative to say.

The lady that owns it is a Veteran who took time to speak with us and explain all instructions, amenities and nearby attractions. Her mon stopped by, and we all had a great conversation. We told them we were looking around for things to do, and they suggested a nearby festival, Dollywood, and others including Cades Cove which is where we ended up going and had a marvelous time (always wanted to go to Cades, got to see a beautiful black bear)! Her mom also mentioned they have a special suite upstairs past the beautiful winding staircase with a jacuzzi, and we definitely want to book it for a special occasion! This hotel was excellent! They had a mini “convenience” store behind the counter with snacks, toiletries, and anything else you might need. Best thing about this hotel was the mini movie theatre. You could pick out any movie you wanted to watch, and they would play it for you in the theatre. They also had a popcorn machine, so it was just like being at the movies. Our room (and the hotel) smelled amazing! I felt like I was in Bath and Body works. The room was spacious, beds were comfy, and there was a beautiful, full-length, stand-up mirror in the corner. Room and shower were super modern and beautiful. Guests were outside the hotel viditing with one another in old-fashion rocking chais (so wonderful)! Loved everything about it!

We travel a lot and this hotel is excellent compared to many!! We were in the King suite, and it was beautiful! Staff was friendly. Hotel very clean! Great cable/internet.

We highly rate this hotel!! We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel, but the walls are thin. Next door neighbor had music playing until 12:30 am and we had to jam with them since it sounded like it was in our room. Breakfast was very limited to waffles, yogurt, cereal. Would have liked to see at least some hard boiled eggs (if not mini omelets), grits, and more fresh fruit. Other than that, it was a great stay, and we'll definitely return when in the area. Spring City is built around the railroad so be prepared for lots of nearby trains.

This hotel is the best thing about Spring City. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the theater and the jacuzzi in our room, and the breakfast was great. Highly recommended.

There is a train directly across the street from the hotel and the train runs several times during the night. The front rooms can be a little loud so you can ask for a room in the back of the hotel. We downloaded a free white noise app on our phone and played it in our room overnight and that helped drown out the train horn. Not the hotel's fault, just something to be aware of.

Staff was super friendly and great services. Super helpful in a stressful situation.

The only thing would say is the TV. It only had 1 input and couldn't swap the inputs to the other hdmi , other than that nothing to be honest.

Nice clean hotel and even though we did not have time to watch a movie the Theater was such a cool addition to the hotel. Very friendly staff and easy access to restaurants' I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

No negatives, it was all good

Super clean, super friendly and helpful staff. The location is good. There is a small THEATER in this property. How cool is that. Popcorn and everything! Beds were comfy. Again super clean. The restaurant next door is good and give a discount to guests of the hotel with presentation of keycard. If you want to stay a little away from Chattanooga or Knoxville, this is a great option.

The staff was excellent and accommodated our needs. The room and lobby were very clean and well maintained.

The noise from the highway and railroad tracks was bothersome. We changed rooms the second night because the noise kept us from resting the first night.

The check in staff member (April) was exceptional - friendly, welcoming and informative. The facility was very nicely furnished (both rooms and common areas). The beds were very comfortable.

Would have possibly loved a hard boiled egg option as part of the breakfast selection but other than that, the quick "get on the road" breakfast was adequate.

The staff was so friendly and kind to me and my children! They were always there if we had a question or needed something. We loved the movie theater and the balcony!
