Needs some updating in rooms remove the carport and put hard floors down. Carpet holds germs. I love a lot of the hotels are taking it out. Also older gentleman on first shift needs some customer service training. He was rather rude when I told him I did not need room service for the day since I had a small dog in my room and in a pen. The young man the night before had checked me in and had me sign a waiver. The hotel stated pet friendly online. Although mine is a service animal, I did what they ask. The gentleman on day shift seemed to get upset. Very uncomfortable situation. It made not want to stay there again. I always make sure the hotel I have a pet but with a service animal, it is a little different.

Location and convenience coupled with friendly personnel!

Would love it if Pool could stay open until at least 9:30-10pm! 8pm is too early. I am just returning from dinner at that time so we were not able to enjoy a relaxing time in the pool!

Would have been nice to know about the deposit, $100, to cover "incentives", whatever that is. Do not take debit cards for this but, that's all I carry so, I've got a hold on my debit card until they decide to release. Had I known this before arrival, would have stayed somwhere else.

I always stay here when I come to crossville. This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed in some nice hotels. The staff here is very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could be improved.

Room was very clean.

By the time I went down for breakfast, they didn't have anything left to choose from, except for waffles. It appears they only have 3 things available, which I would've l like to see a couple more choices like donuts or something, but I do appreciate them having something.

Not far from highway but we drove passed it because it’s off the main road and no signage.

There was no breakfast!!! There was coffee and these awful little apple “cakes”. You could make toast or a waffleand I did see a peanut butter cup. I guess that was the protein. that’s it. That was your free breakfast. No thanks.

The staff accommodated my early check-in request. Check-in was easy. Space was clean & welcoming. Location was easy to get to right off the interstate.

Little antiquated. Hair dryer barely hanging on the wall, but it worked. No extra blanket in the room.

Room was clean, staff pleasant and location was awesome.

They need more coffee containers as every time I went to get coffee I got the bottom of the container and it did not fill my cup. Breakfast lacked, more like a snack bar, no fruit.

Location, comfortable, quiet and decent breakfast included. Very clean facilities and room.
