Loved the large quiet apartment with a rustic cabin feel!!! Everything very clean and bright! Great WiFi and TV service. The electric fireplaces were awesome! Everything was perfect! (The owners dogs and cat were very friendly!!) Close to Fall Creek Falls State Park. We took several day hikes to the different falls there.(: Close to Sparta, TN and Dayton, TN. Burgess State Park in Sparta has another nice hiking trail and water falls!!

The location was wonderful, with a porch opening onto an open field and a beautiful view. You could see so many stars at night, it was amazing!

Overall things were in good shape, but some of the fixtures needed repair (notably the sink handles in both bathrooms). And in bed at night we could hear some of the conversations in the neighboring suite.

Grandview Experience Lodge was amazing and met all our expectations! The owner was personable and made arrival as easy as can be with our late arrival. Each room had a fireplace and was perfect cabin vibes. The property is beautiful and the drive was also a fun experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for Couple or Family. We hope to make it back soon!

It was amazing if you don’t go there you will miss out great views saw four v formation of geese go over wonderful views of the stars and moon the rooms make you feel like your home in the alps the staff is such wonderful people ITS A MUST STAY

That we could not stay longer

We loved the location, and the apartment was lovely. The property owners were so nice and accommodating. The pool and hot tub was perfect. We can't wait to come back!

The place is amazing So comfortable and large. Great facilities. Great location.We loved the place. The free wifi is needed because it's in a massive dead spot for cell service. Make sure you download the area map because you may not be able to get directions when you leave the property.

Ironic they levy a large pet fee for cleaning because when we got there there was clumps of dog air under the bed and table. There was a very loud noise on the rear decking from time to time. I presume it was the air con or something. We also had our last night cancelled after it was booked with no real explanation. I can only imagine they had a longer booking that wanted the room or they got a better room rate.. Not cool to cancel on us after they accepted the booking.

I cannot say enough how awesome this place is. It is clean, adorable and totally ducked off from the busy areas; yet close enough to the parks and places to dine or buy groceries , because each unit has its own kitchen. The ultimate place to come chill out.

That I do not live closer to it.

Karissa was so accommodating and quick to respond to my requests. The villa was comfortable and it had everything I needed. The view was dreamy and we enjoyed hiking fall creek falls which was only a short drive from the villa.

hot tub wasn’t working so we didn’t get to enjoy that

It was pretty, clean, in a good location, and comfortable space.

We were there before the pool was open. I didn’t realize that until I had arrived.

Super nice place. Everything you could want. We were only there for a night, but if we ever make it that way again, I would stay there. Thank you Julia!
