Booked multiple days and got a great rate. Clean comfortable room. Bed was very nice. Plenty of pillows. Staff was friendly. I was in town working for the week. I requested no housekeeping because I sleep during the day...they actually listened and did not beat on my door. Great location to the interstate. Close to restaurants, lowes, walmart etc. The people in Cookeville were overall very nice. Good southern town with good folks.

Only complaint is the breakfast. Only reason I didn't give the hotel a 10. Hotel breakfast option needs improvement or removed from the booking site. Granola bar and other small items in a to go bag is not breakfast. Didn't even offer cereal.

The staff was great, we were in Tennessee for a family reunion and multiple family members stayed at this hotel, and the gentleman at the counter made sure we were all close to one another. Made the trip that much better. Thank you for everything.

Gd location and clean

No coffee pot in rm and did not have enough towels and wash cloths in rm. Had to go to office for more. When I called motel ph line I was told they had full breadfast and they didn't.

Very clean room, quiet, location is Great, walking g distance to many stores and restaurants. Very friendly, understanding, and helpful staff. I would stay again and recommend others to also.

Being charged 30.00 dollars extra for early check in we were there at 1:00 as we were passing through on our way to Murfreesboro so we wouldn't have to do it when we came back and the room was already cleaned and ready

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. They were easy to work with and helped us with whatever we needed. We will definitely stay there again. They had the most comfortable beds that we have stayed in in a motel.

I absolutely love staying at days inn I always make my reservations there on my trips.. however this time was a little different

trips there but I had to cancel trip come up and I still got charged for the whole week that I booked and I had even sent the property a message telling them that I wasn't going to be able to make my booking I needed to cancel that if I need to be charged at least a night that was fine and I guess I still got charged

Friendly helpful staff. Unfortunately there was a water problem due to the city, not at all the fault of the establishment. They kindly offered me another room. Quite impressed with service!

Shower wasn't that good, good pressure,bad tub, other than that was good value.
