Booked multiple days and got a great rate. Clean comfortable room. Bed was very nice. Plenty of pillows. Staff was friendly. I was in town working for the week. I requested no housekeeping because I sleep during the day...they actually listened and did not beat on my door. Great location to the interstate. Close to restaurants, lowes, walmart etc. The people in Cookeville were overall very nice. Good southern town with good folks.

Only complaint is the breakfast. Only reason I didn't give the hotel a 10. Hotel breakfast option needs improvement or removed from the booking site. Granola bar and other small items in a to go bag is not breakfast. Didn't even offer cereal.

The staff was great, we were in Tennessee for a family reunion and multiple family members stayed at this hotel, and the gentleman at the counter made sure we were all close to one another. Made the trip that much better. Thank you for everything.

I absolutely love staying at days inn I always make my reservations there on my trips.. however this time was a little different

trips there but I had to cancel trip come up and I still got charged for the whole week that I booked and I had even sent the property a message telling them that I wasn't going to be able to make my booking I needed to cancel that if I need to be charged at least a night that was fine and I guess I still got charged

Room was clean beds was comfortable staff was courteous

Being charged 30.00 dollars extra for early check in we were there at 1:00 as we were passing through on our way to Murfreesboro so we wouldn't have to do it when we came back and the room was already cleaned and ready

Very clean room, quiet, location is Great, walking g distance to many stores and restaurants. Very friendly, understanding, and helpful staff. I would stay again and recommend others to also.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. They were easy to work with and helped us with whatever we needed. We will definitely stay there again. They had the most comfortable beds that we have stayed in in a motel.

Friendly helpful staff. Unfortunately there was a water problem due to the city, not at all the fault of the establishment. They kindly offered me another room. Quite impressed with service!

It's an older property but the room was clean and everything worked properly. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure and lots of hot water. If you're looking for a good place to catch a nights sleep and spend less than $100, this is a good choice.

Interestingly enough, there was no closet or garment rack. No place to hang up my clothes. Not a big deal but surprising. Also, (like every other hotel these days) the coffee maker was cheap but it did brew a cup of coffee.

The set up of the room was so cute! Perfect for a quick stop when traveling!

The sheets and comforter was dirty. Also the pillows were rather small which I never experienced in a hotel before.

Staff was excellent and very patient, nice people

Shower wasn't that good, good pressure,bad tub, other than that was good value.
