The staff were pleasant and accommodating. We were running majorly behind in checking in, so I called to let them know we wouldn't be there until closer to midnight. They quickly assured me that it wouldn't be a problem. Room was clean and spacious. If we're ever back in that area, we'd stay again.

We were prompted to "check in" ahead of time via an email and text. I filled everything out, entered our card information, but when we arrived we had to fill out the same thing again. Tired and late, it was a minor inconvenience, but logically - why check in ahead of time but still had to fill everything out when we arrived? Granted, the staff was amazing and it was still quick to get to our room. It's the redundancy that's frustrating (nothing against this specific location; it seems it's a La Quinta thing or Wyndham tech thing). Also, the bed was a bit uncomfortable - lumpy and hard.

We did not dine for breakfast at the hotel. During our stay, we had two different Front desk clerks and both were very friendly.

The bathroom toilet paper holder needs attention as it is loose and lopsided. The room was a little small with no sitting chair other than the desk chair. It would be helpful to have a mirror by the desk so ladies can use as a makeup mirror if another guest is in the restroom.

I usually do not stay at La Quinta hotels because, as a brand, they seem old to me, but this one was updated, nice, and clean. It was also close to Tennessee Tech, which was great! I will definitely put this on my list of hotels to stay at while in the area.

Parking was limited due to the hotel being sold out, but this was not a "deal breaker."" Also, the breakfast options were very limited, which I'm noticing is a trend since Covid, but there is a Waffle House across the parking lot if you need more variety.

It is hard to find the light switch on the light between the two beds. You can't reach up and turn it off without getting out of bed. The lights along the bed didn't work. The refrigerator in room 322 is in very bad condition. It needs to be replaced. At the very least, defrost it.

Bed were great like sleeping on a cloud. Pillows were great to Gravy and biscuits were great the next morning Working on roads in front hard to get in and out. Bit when done it will be fine. We were pulling a trailer so it was hard pulling in and out and parking was hard also. Great place we will go back.

The room cleanliness was impeccable!! The shower was tricky to figure out and I was surprised that the breakfast didn't have eggs. Other than that is was great

The front desk girl was nice but not very informative. The muffins at breakfast were cold to frozen and the bacon was paper thin. There were no eggs and that was surprising. Also, the person filling the breakfast was eat8ng bacon as she went back I to the kitchen. As a food worker, that was disturbing. She could have waited until she got back into the kitchen

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Also the people at the desk were super friendly and helpful when we ran out of amenities. I didn't try the breakfast but I could smell how delicious it was every morning.

There wasn't many complaints I had. There was one thing that caused me concern, the water to the bath was constantly running and I could not find where it was cool enough to have it on me. Plus the toilet was easily plugged, I had needed to go pee and that somehow clogged the toilet.

For some reason the breakfast was curiously lacking.. We came to eat at 6:10 and the coffee carafe was already empty… there was no yogurt, only two lone bagels and no muffins, and half of the cereal dispenser was empty.. the fruit was two pitiful apples... When we stayed here previously it was much better. Guess they were low on supplies??

I didn't like that I couldn't use my chime card for the incidental card. Chime is my main checking account and it made the check in process difficult and we had to use my girlfriends card. If they didn't limit the kind of card you could use it'd be a perfect hotel.

Every thing exceeded my expectations.Only issue was TV. Remote buttons did not work well. No channel guide in room. No directions on how to change channel and find a channel. Front desk clerk explained how to use it. She explained they were new TV’s which were nice, however I did find the remote too cumbersome.
