I have stayed here twice. The staff is unbelievably friendly, and the value is out of this world. Safe stay and VERY CLEAN. Something you wouldn't expect from a value priced hotel. Excellent location! There are a ton of great places to eat and shop. Grocery store right behind the hotel. All within walking distance. If you dont stay here, you're an idiot!

I really mean this. I dont think they could improve on anything other than add breakfast, but then the price would go up. Don't change anything!

Everyone was polite, caring and professional. Everything worked properly, was very clean and bed was comfortable.

There was nothing bad related to the property or workers except the room floor needs replacing. An apparently mentally disturbed man, who was hitting buildings with a stick during the night, was dealt with quickly and police did several drive-thru visits after. No real problems at all.

Our room was clean, that was comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were clean. Larger than normal refrigerator and also had a microwave. The flatscreen TV worked well and the AC was good. Shout out to the front desk clerk, Melissa, who was very helpful. Very close to the interstate, a good place to stay for one night.

The Internet was spotty and at times nonexistent. The pool was closed for repairs.

Rooms were clean and spacious, housekeeping very nice, always helpful. MELISSA AND MIKE DO AN EXCELLENT JOB, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL AT THE SAME TIME. THEY BOTH POSSESS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PEOPLE SKILLS. I had a speedy check in and out and my dog stayed there at no charge. Thank you for all your kindness Red Roof inn from me and my family. We would definitely stay at Red Roof again and recommend others too also.

The receptionist was polite and accommodating. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the property was conveniently located, and it had a refrigerator. The shower curtain was brand new and instead of plain white, it had a pretty red ribbon of a stripe across it.

Overall dingy appearance. All doors need a fresh coat of paint, and the basic construction was shoddy (toilet set at weird angle instead of parallel to the wall, shower head was not cleanly attached to the wall but had a gap etc). I had a non-smoking room, which was clearly marked as such, but the room had a slight odor of stale cigarette smoke. The ice machine was out of order.

I just want to say that front desk clerks....Mike and Melissa are awesome! They both have Great customer service skills, hanks to them both, Check in was a breeze, both were kind and knowledgeable, makonfnoʻ welcome! .

Reservaton days were incorrect but it got fixed and all worked

Very clean rooms. Value wise it worked. Bed very comfortable.

They required a $100 cash deposit at check in. If you are going to enforce that policy you should make it clear during the reservation process. Not a good thing to show up for check in to that kind of surprise. It is the first time in many years of traveling that I ever had that asked of us. Pool closed.

I loved the water pressure in the shower! Neds where good and the tv had many programs to choose from. Patricia, at the front desk was very nice and got us registered in our room in less then 5 minutes!

 The only disappointment was that the ice-machine was broken? so we had to get in our car and drive to get ice when we had already spent the whole day in the car!

When I walked in the lady behind the desk was so nice, and got me checked in no less than 5 minutes of us arriving! The room was very clean, and everything was set up great

Everything was perfect!!!! The check in , the rate, and the room were all great, especially for a solo business traveler.

The cash deposit was a big surprise, and I had to leave the property and head to an atm, but the clerk was nice about it and it was given back the next morning .
