First of all, it was affordable. This prompted me to expect much less than what I found there. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The rooms I and my family stayed in had not been renovated but were still so nice. no shiny bells and whistles from Home and Garden Magazine but a pleasantly comfortable, cozy room. The bathroom was nice, bright and clean. The people were friendly. helpful and patient as my nephews locked the keycards in the room on more than one occasion and I did myself once. We were never met without a friendly smile and quick replacement. The location is good, too.

The pillows were nice but thick, firm pillows. I like thin, twistable pillows but this is just a personal preference and not a complaint. The rest of my family was very comfortable with them.

Bed was soft but had a worn spot in both sides of the bed like a crater. The microwave didn't work so we had to use another rooms and the first night the battery was dying at 5am and we couldn't do anything till maintenance came around at 9 that was rough other than that it was great. Lady who helped us was superrrrrrr nice

This is an older facility that is under new ownership. The new owners seem to be making major renovations. The entry road does go up a hill behind a restaurant. The room itself was clean and the beds comfortable. The man at the desk was friendly and prompt in answering request. It was the most reasonable price in Cookeville. I would stay here again.

This was our 2nd trip staying . Staff had resenly changed management before our first trip. Our 2nd was as enjoyable as the first time Staff was very friendly and our room was large. There was a storm warning and the desk clerk made sure we knew about it and informative. We we're right downtown Cookeville overall our weekend experience was very pleasant we will return again

It was close to the bike rally I was going to.

I didn't like that they charged me 30 extra dollars to stop by and leave my things in my room,I didn't stay just put my things in room it was ready for me I think that was dirty.the swimming pool was closed it should of been open a going.

The staff is very accommodating Check in is a very smooth process Ray and Stephanie is the ones usually behind the counter and they are fantastic The best motel in Cookeville

I always stay here The new owners have really turned it around The staff is excellent and will be making many more future stays here

My husband and I have stayed at this facility twice a year for the past 7 years as we traveled back north. The owners are most accommodating. The rooms are very clean. The bed was very comfortable!
