I liked: room with 2 queen beds and sofa available, 2nd floor location, easy access to interstate and a variety of food places close by, friendly staff, free breakfast provided, free wi-fi, large screen tv, microwave, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer in room

I disliked: finding dirty sock on floor just inside the room when entering, no air circulation in bath room so every surface gets wet from steam condensation when shower is used, no bottled water available for purchase in hotel, no plastic bag for dirty clothes, no notepaper/pens, no linens for sofa, 3 wash cloths, 3 hand towels and 3 bath towels are not enough for 4 adults in double queens room.

Little things like one tissue in the tissue dispenser, and the fact that the cable box was attached to the TV from behind, so the remote wouldn’t work unless you stood up to point the remote behind the TV. These were not major issues (except the noise), and did not really affect my stay, but for the price, it is attention to detail. The noise from the trucks at the gas station next door were very loud. I realize this isn’t your problem, but maybe noise proof windows?

Have stayed here several time, it's always the same, great staff, clean rooms, great breakfast. Close to the interstate, but far enough way that you don't hear the noise..... rates might be a little more than other hotels in the area, but they make up for it with the hot breakfast offered....

I liked the location of property it was near CB where we had breakfast. I did enjoy the holiday Inn coffee. Our room was clean comfortable.

Front entrance garbage can was overflowing. The lobby bathroom was leaking water under the sink. H-Inn needs to upgrade their TVs and have one bar of soap.

Breakfast was good nice variety to choose from. The room was clean no issues with it.

Pool not up and working during this hot summer season. Parking was a little sketchy where parked was by the back door by pool but couldn't enter that door with key card had to go around all the way to front carrying a lot of stuff. No luggage cart to assist carrying items.

Shower head adjusted too high for me and I was too short to adjust. Tub did not have nonslip mat. Cover on bed was too heavy but only using sheet was too light. No plastic bag for dirty clothes.

Room was large with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. The facility was well maintained and very clean. The outdoor pool seemed very well kept but it rained so we weren't able to use it. Breakfast was great with many different options.

We love Holiday Inn Express. We know what we will get no matter where it is located. Fits our needs perfectly.

We were disappointed that the tub in 310 was damaged around the drain and mildew was in the grout around the tub. Very unusual for Holiday Inn.

Very clean with comfortable bed and good shower. Really good breakfast. Location was convenient to interstate. Staff was efficient and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything, Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, breakfast was good, alot of different food choices, it didn't have a waffle maker cuz I prefer waffles but it had a pancake maker and the pancakes were good.
