Great service. The night staff were quick efficient and very accomodating. Billy greated me in the morning and was super nice. He made sure my mother and I had the room we needed and was very thoughtful to put us close to the entrance as my mother is elderly and uses a cane. Super friendly guy. Thanks Billy. Motel 6 is lucky to have you.

Freeway noise but you couldnt hear it in the room. Beds could be softer.

Carlos worked the desk and made sure to call & check if my room was ok. He made me feel welcomed & safe. The location is excellent with great places to walk my dog. It's easy to find off interstate 40. All staff very professional. It is my go to place when I stay in Cookeville.

All my needs were met. It is the best place for the money.

Less people that aren't guest using pool it would be nice to use pool without non guest I pay good to use the pool they pay nothing and hog it up

It was a great price for three rooms and it was 5 minutes from our destination.

I did not have time to eat the breakfast but I use the swimming pool and it was great! The bed was very comfortable too with the two of the pillows being very good and the other two were just so so but I didn't need them anyway.

I didn't like being put upstairs, I had requested a downstairs room but apparently they didn't have one I'm 60 years old and disabled and I'm allergic to stairs

We got in late and the staff were super nice. We planned to stay for 3 days there but it was far out of the way. I would go back

The beds were a little hard and pillows were crappy. But really over all not a bad place

We had asked for special requests, they were meet. There was an issue on a young man at the pool. The staff took care of it. They were more than happy to help. The management was great. The main service was awsome..

Room smelled like pot.

The king bed was very comfortable rooms were nice and cozy and they still had smoking rooms available which was great...

Nothing that I really didn't like

I just told my husband we were not going to stay at any motel sixes again we needed a hotel that night and to my surprise it was very nice and clean and the staff was very friendly will stay at this one again

The towels was stained with black stuff on them every towel I had that was the only problem I didn’t like
