Everything was perfect, breakfast was very comfortable, bed was good, location was good, I would go back another time, with a large, clean park, security camera, swimming pool, in short, very good🇧🇷🇺🇸

I lost my personal documents during the trip, but I made the hotel reservation with my phone number and my personal details, Gmail, credit card, all with original proof that I made the reservation. I showed my photo identification document and I was having problems with the hotel check-in. They should do an analysis on some of these things, even to help immigrants stay better.🇺🇸🇧🇷

Staff, bed, and other accommodations are great.

My last two stays had random hairs on the bathroom floor. The metal drain placement and design under the shower head leads to a very loud end of the shower that lasts as long as the shower head drips. I also think the breakfast quality is fair but very pricey. Would love to see a sauna and cold plunge as part of the pool area.

Room was very clean and fresh.

Since I had to depart at 6 o'clock am, the restaurant did not open until 6:30. All I wanted was a cup of coffee to take on the road with me and I was very surprised that there was NO coffee station set up in the lobby. Really disappointed that this option was not available.

Location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The refrigerator didn’t work, and the breakfast was not worth the price, you were paying for the convenience. The service at resturant was great but the food was poor quality on Saturday, but it was better on Sunday morning.

During our 2 nights stay, the room was not serviced; however we had enough clean towels; I understood the breakfast was included, but it was not; breakfast buffet was delicious though

Very nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The people were all very pleasant. Not a whole lot else left to say. I'd definitely stay there again.

Not the quietest place I've ever stayed. But it is a busy area near a busy interstate, All things considered, not that bad.

Breakfast roof top food very poor quality and cool to cold try putting cold food on a colder plate. I told the hostess about the plates. She srugged her shoulder and blames corporate No night tables beside bed

It was clean, modern and family friendly. Everything was wonderful! The included breakfast was not the average disappointing hotel breakfast, it was served by the restaurant and it was lovely.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel rooms were clean and the AC worked great.

The big piece of furniture that stuck out below the TV. It was a large cabinet that housed the fridge. It was just bulky.

The customer service is alway exceptional! The morning breakfast is definitely worth adding to your stay and the service and food are great!
