Staff was very helpful and very friendly

We asked for some TP one evening during our stay andnthe lady told us they were out, didn’t believe her as she was working on something. The next morning early I went down and asked and was given 2 rolls. I asked ifnthey had run out, the manager said no, after unexplained she apologized several times and stated that shouldn’t have happened.

When the wife and I just want (or need) to get away for a night or two, we always end up at candlewood! It's our favorite hotel, it's always clean, the staff is always amazing, nice and helpful, ee love the fact it has the kitchen with a working stove, dishwasher, and big fridge, and the bed, oh the bed is our favorite because it's so nice, comfy, soft, like sleeping on a cloud, and the best part, no furrbabies....😆😄 needless to say, we always get our best sleep there!!!

How very welcoming the staff and friendly they are. The cleanliness of the hotel is way cleaner than anywhere else I have ever stayed. It just has that being at home feeling which is really really great since you are away from home 🏡.

The only thing about it it doesn't have a hot tub. That is my only complaint. If they would get a hot tub it would be perfect.

This was the best motel I have ever stayed at. It made me feel like I was at home and able to make my coffee and breakfast like I like it. It has a full mini kitchen and is stocked with little things like salt and pepper and dishes. So, I can see why they don’t offer breakfast, but you can buy some fridge food from their cantina and cook it in your room. I am just sad that I had to search all over for the best price. I actually found that I could have saved about $20 at another site. I’ll know that for next time because now I am spoiled! Oh, I forgot to mention, there is a full size refrigerator! And in Cookeville, Aldi’s is just down the street. 😁

Short people may have some difficulties. The shower head is unreachable and the toaster is stored on top of the refrigerator.

Very clean. They have free cribs available if needed. Clean pool. Gym accessibility. Little cupboard where you can purchase things if needed/wanted. All staff was very nice and friendly. The room was large and had a full size refrigerator and kitchen with stove, microwave and dish washer. Large closet space for a hotel.

I liked everything about it.

A young man named Samual manned the desk and was super helpful. A woman traveling alone with 4 kids pulled up and attempted to check in. They had reservations with a competitor next door. She was really embarrassed but he made her feel better about the mistake because of construction. Classy guy.

Very quiet, enjoyed the soft beds and pillows, loved the small gym. When we called to check out reservations the front desk clerk was very polite and informative. Felt safe and secure here❤️

As a cleaner I notice everything. There were a couple little things but nothing to ruin the stay. The kitchen area could use a little restocking. We had 1 plate and 1 set of silverware.

Clean and comfortable. The staff were the best...professional and kind.

The dishes in the dishwasher smelled bad like they had been washed and left in there for a long long time. Temp on pool could be a warmer. Staff said it was kept at room temp but it was quite cold.

It was the cleanest hotel that we have ever stayed at. There was NO musty smell anywhere. That's huge for me due to the asthma that I have. It was quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The front desk lady was VERY informative and friendly.

Conveniently located. Staff was helpful. Property was fine but we did not use any of the amenities. The parking was great but I’m not sure how full the hotel was. Missed not having a breakfast offered. It’s nice to have send off available and be on our way.
