When the wife and I just want (or need) to get away for a night or two, we always end up at candlewood! It's our favorite hotel, it's always clean, the staff is always amazing, nice and helpful, ee love the fact it has the kitchen with a working stove, dishwasher, and big fridge, and the bed, oh the bed is our favorite because it's so nice, comfy, soft, like sleeping on a cloud, and the best part, no furrbabies....😆😄 needless to say, we always get our best sleep there!!!

Nothing, ever!!

This was the best motel I have ever stayed at. It made me feel like I was at home and able to make my coffee and breakfast like I like it. It has a full mini kitchen and is stocked with little things like salt and pepper and dishes. So, I can see why they don’t offer breakfast, but you can buy some fridge food from their cantina and cook it in your room. I am just sad that I had to search all over for the best price. I actually found that I could have saved about $20 at another site. I’ll know that for next time because now I am spoiled! Oh, I forgot to mention, there is a full size refrigerator! And in Cookeville, Aldi’s is just down the street. 😁

Short people may have some difficulties. The shower head is unreachable and the toaster is stored on top of the refrigerator.

Very quiet, enjoyed the soft beds and pillows, loved the small gym. When we called to check out reservations the front desk clerk was very polite and informative. Felt safe and secure here❤️

As a cleaner I notice everything. There were a couple little things but nothing to ruin the stay. The kitchen area could use a little restocking. We had 1 plate and 1 set of silverware.

The staff were wonderful… friendly & helpful. When I got to my room, the room across the hall was being cleaned top to bottom… mattress off the bed, corners being cleaned, bed frame wiped down, places you can’t even see were being cleaned & disinfected. They said they do that every time there’s even a questionable odor or issue. I was very pleasantly surprised. My room was very spacious, clean & comfortable. Loved the full kitchen… stocked with everything but food, large desk area, very comfortable bed. It was a wonderful, restful break in the middle of a 3 day cross-country road trip. I would definitely stay there again if ever in the area & need a good night’s sleep.

Clean, quiet, good location, showers had good pressure. We were traveling with a moving van of items and were concerned where to park (it's in a safe/nice area, we just wanted our stuff to be safe), but the guy at the front desk showed us where to park that would have cameras.

Everything was great, but take a look at.your elevator as it made some noises that made us a bit uncomfortable to ride in it!

We were there to visit TN Tech for the weekend, and the proximity to that was excellent. It’s near lots of shopping and restaurants. The room was big and comfy and I felt it was clean. The staff was very nice, I actually let something in the room and Nevaeh at the front desk found it for me.

There was a weird smell on the 2nd floor in the hallway.

Rooms where clean, love the kitchen, good location, and very comfortable stay. Staff was very nice and got me and my family everything we needed. Location was great! Restaurants, shopping mall, and highway all near by.

Room had a little stinch odor when first entering the room. There was nothing else that I disliked. Everything else was great!

Loved staying here. Extra amenities were nice to have. Grandchildren got to visit. Liked being able to cook bfast for granddaughter. Very accommodating for my dogs. I'm hoping to stay there again this weekend....THANK YOU 😄

The carpets could use a cleaning. Nothing major to me though.

TONS of short, black curly hairs collected in the corners of the bathroom floor near tub and toilet. Floors were disinfected by client no biggie, but better attention to that detail is needed.

My son and I were in the area for a competition for him. We forgot his nice, competition clothes at the hotel after check out.. They were so kind in agreeing to ship his clothes back to our address so we didn't have to come back before the bad weather came to the area. Would highly recommend!
