We needed an extended stay for an elderly, deaf, female, friend that was awaiting approval for an apartment. While this is not an extended stay hotel, it is reasonably priced and very accommodating! The staff were all exceptional. They went above and beyond in every way to help us in any way they could. We were welcomed with smiles and a wave from housekeeping when we drove into the parking lot. We were greeted by name and a smile when entering the office. This area is an area that doesn't feel unsafe to begin with. However, the staff was very observant and present in all areas of the hotel, helping our friend and us to feel even more safe at all times. We were never given any reason to not trust the staff 100%! This meant the world to us when we were not able to be there with her. They all exceeded our expectations in every way! Our friend was happy for her new apartment, but very sad to leave the hotel! Thank you!

Weird thing is they charged $40 CASH deposit. I don't carry cash -- who does anymore? We scrounged up $39 (including $43in quarters) and tye took the $39. Which is why they got the good ratings. Funny thing is my wife commented how expensive the place looked when we drove up. Then they pulled this hotel in the middle of a slum stuff. Very weird. Oh, and they actually did go count the towells before we left. What kind of customers frequent this place?

The location was perfect! I've stayed here previously when I've traveled on business and I always plan to stay there. The staff accommodated my request for a first-floor room; they were efficient and professional, and the room was (mostly) clean and comfortable.

The bed was a bit too high for me; I'm 5'2.5" and nearly needed a step stool to get into bed. Also, I noticed cobwebs attached to the light over the sink, and the refrigerator could stand to be defrosted. But overall, I enjoyed my stay.

It was very convenient! The location was not far from anything and wasn’t far from my work either. I exceptionally enjoyed the staff. The husband and wife duo that own the property were super and very awesome with anything and very accommodating! They were super friendly and if you have door dash delivered they are super awesome about your protection and everything. It’s probably the best hotel with the friendliest staff I’ve ever stayed at.

This room was practically half the price of many nearby chain hotel rooms, so we were not expecting much. Boy were we wrong! The check-in/check-out processes were a breeze; both owners were friendly and accomodating. We had a king room on an upper floor. The bed was very comfortable and everything clean as a pin. The hotel provides ice, a vending machine for drinks, and self-serve laundry facilities if you need those. There was coffee available in the lobby at 7 each morning.

I would definitely stay here in the future, but because it is so near a connecting roadway, bring earplugs. We always travel with a box fan and white noise machine and we could still hear the passing ambulances/LEOs before we fell into a deep sleep.

It was very clean and everyone was very kind. It was in a great spot in location wise.

It was out of everyone's hands when power goes off and I had to leave earlier than planned to go to the next stop on my vacation but they made us put a deposit down at check in and refused to check the room while the power was out so I didn't get it back before I left. And I live in ohio and next stop was states away so can't go back to get it.

Delightful Ìnn, bring $40 cash for the deposit, which is returned at the end. Nice welcome by a fellow Phoenician. Enough parking. Spacious rooms with upgraded fresh interior. Modern feel inside. Clean, easy to be in, with a comfortable bed. High quality, especially at this price. Perfect location. Cookeville has everything. Good place to get what's needed and stay in something quaint.

The location was great and the staff was definitely a lot politer and more friendly than other places we've stayed in the area. There weren't roaches like the last place and housekeeping still cleaned daily if you wanted them too even if you stayed for a week.

The internet service was not that great but that could have to do with them doing remodeling.

I don't smoke, I vape. And vaping IS NOT the same as smoking tobacco. The smell of tobacco lingers. I was put upstairs due to my vape. However, someone downstairs was smoking, and my whole room filled with it. I left smelling like something I don't do because I had to be given a smoking room for Vaping. Not cool.
