Dinner places were within easy walking distance. Shopping for simple necessities was also a breeze….If I were a donut fan, that would be easily taken care of. Although I-40 was fairly close, the noise wasn’t a problem. The manager was very, very friendly.🌹🎼

Not a single thing comes to mind….The fellow travelers staying there also were heading home…. it was easy to make friends there. Maybe it was the atmosphere crew created by the manager? Who knows? There was a sign on the door that said reservations only. Perhaps it’s because this is quite a popular place to stay🌹

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. When you're staying at a place for these prices, that's a great result! I have been at this Monterey, TN Quality Inn twice now going back and forth from my home in eastern NC to Kansas City. This is about halfway and very convenient to I-40. You can surely spend a boatload more money for places within 20 miles of here, but you can't get a better value!

For the love of all that's holy, please... ALL MOTELS... STOP serving those crappy juice drinks in the dispensers! If real juice is just too expensive to have at a free breakfast, and you want to serve your guests, then make bottled juice available at just above your cost. You will make a lot of guests very happy. Okay, rant over. NOTE: This is NOT a complaint about this Quality Inn, almost all the value based motels serve these terrible concoctions because it's an inexpensive product.

The location just off the interstate is great. The room was large (single king) and well maintained and stocked. The breakfast was fantastic--waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, muffins and pastries, bread for toast, yogurt, juice, coffee. The eggs and sausage and waffles were tremendous. Front staff at check-in gave some options for non-fast food. A good burger grill (at a local gas station) and a sit down Mexican (Los Agaves) just 5 minutes from the hotel.

TV reception (satellite) was spotty, but not a major detraction. The rooms are not well insulated, so hallway noise is not muffled. But the hotel was not crowded, so noise was not a major distraction

Very clean and great location, staff friendly and good English.

I was very disappointed that there was no Gideon Bible in the room. The swimming pool I feel, is badly located with no privacy.

The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was great. The Inn was in a very good place and easy to find. There were a lot of choices for food within walking distance. The lobby had tables and chairs so visiting people could meet and didn't have to all go up to the room. I would recommend the Inn to everyone when they come to visit.

No complaints! The Inn was great and within 9 minutes of our house and easy to find and get to.

I love the convenience of the location. It makes it easy to get gas, breakfast and hop back on the freeway quickly. We have always had good friendly service when staying at this location.

Nothing that I can remember.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained. We felt very secure during our entire stay. We were able to make use of the laundry facilities which was much appreciated. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone I know that is planning to visit this area.

The hotel was set up with the newest high-speed internet and I was unable to connect with my older laptop computer. The refrigerator in our room was a bit noisy as it cycled on and off. A Keurig or compatible machine would also be much appreciated.

The hotel was a little pricey, then had to pay extra for having pets. No other hotel charged extra for having pets while on this trip. The carpet in the pet rooms needs to be replaced with a solid surface flooring. Carpet is gross, pets have accidents. ( All rooms should have solid surface flooring, easier to sterilize and keep clean )

the staff was friendly and the extended hour was a plus

the smelll in the hallway was pretty bad. it smelt like cat urine and the price for what it was, is a little high

Just a few small hiccups. Shower rod not installed properly, couldn’t shut the shower. No gravy or ketchup for eggs. Nothing that would keep me from booking again
