Although Booking.com totally screwed me by making a reservation for a month ahead instead of the night I was making the reservation on, the staff did everything possible to accommodate us and make our stay very pleasant. Comfort Suites = 10. Booking.com = 0.

That Booking.com completely changed my reservation then refused to refund the money, even though they: 1. Changed the date that I was booking from "Tonight" to one month from the evening I was reserving. 2. Changed the reservation by switching my first and last names, causing me to travel between three hotels before we finally figured it out. 3. Sent me incorrect directions and and name for the hotel they had reserved for me (a month from when I traveled!). This caused me to have to either lose the money they were basically stealing from me, or take a day off of work, drive 5 hours each way and pay for an extra night in order to make the best of the situation. Shame on the scammer site Booking.com.

The hotel ownership made a very bad ADA decision to only provide one room with a roll in shower and lower the beds. But the front desk staff solved the problem like a champ and moved my partner and I to their sister property. The STAFF were excellent. Ownership is awful.

Beds in CI&S are too low by at least a foot. My disabled partner could barely get in and out.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, always served with a smile. The location was perfect for relaxing evenings, and convenient for shopping, eating out and time spent with family. This was not my first stay, and will definitely not be my last

Expected a heated pool, but that was not the case; was unable to enjoy this amenity due to joint and back pain not receptive to water temp

The location was much quieter than the last hotel we stayed, even though it was only half a mile away. Close to parks, restaurants, and shopping. Nice to have breakfast available. Housekeeping only came when requested. The room had a microwave and fridge/freezer, which was nice since we stayed a few days.

The driveway getting in and out was like a curb. There are also multiple locations on the property and it was difficult to know which one we booked with. I’m guessing it’s frustrating for staff as well because the person we went to first, who told us we were not at the correct building, was not very nice. There were stains on the carpet which made it look dirty and dated.

Comfortable mattress and pillows, very clean, friendly front desk staff, good breakfast choices

Do not allow staff to take smoke breaks at the entrance of the hotel, unappealing in general, did not like walking through them and the cigarettes smoke and cigarette butts ALL over the ground, especially with my 4 yr old grandson. Was given a room right next to the elevator upon check in, elevator is very loud, requested another room and was given a great room.

Breakfast was okay. There was not a lot of choices. Coffee was great! Location excellent. Many restaurants to choose from although we went near the town center to eat.

The bathroom needed a little TLC and the furniture by the couch was pretty beat up.

Staff greeter was outstanding and a joy to work with on the phone and upon arrival! Breakfast was also very good. AC was not as functional as I had hoped and room could have been cooler, for my taste.

The pool, the comfortable beds, and the warm cookies! I also liked the breakfast. I thought it had plenty of different things for people to choose from. 

There wasn’t no hot tub. It would have been nice for them to have hot chocolate available. Other than that, we would stay there again. 

Breakfast was great, lots of choices but no breakfast meat!

I would’ve liked the price to have been a little lower. It would have been nice to have had some bacon or sausage to go with our eggs.

The breakfast was a great convenience, the location kept me close to every place I wanted to be. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is the kind of place I want to stay in always, there was even a washer and dryer.
