Staff was great. Rooms and common areas are clean and comfortable. Location worked out good for me. Place felt secure and wasn't anything crazy going on in the parking lots..

Coffee station! The coffee was a struggle for me each day of my stay. I'm no huge coffee person but, it's kinda important in the morning. Some mornings there was coffee but no creamer. Other times there wasn't any coffee at all. Really stinks to have to drive down the road first thing to get something that is very common to have on-hand..

I love the Location with inside rooms …. I felt safe as a female solo traveler!

Facility is old and a little tired. Facility could use a refresh using skilled craftsmen. Often repairs & improvements are done at this facility using DYI and it shows … especially around the pool and hot tub area.

Awesome managers were very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating from the first call to the Baymont through our checkout almost 2 weeks later.. Nice to find a clean pet friendly hotel.

The only thing I would change would have been to have a breakfast menu more varied each day. But it is located right at the exit to the freeway, and so there were many options of restaurants available nearby. Raj and Manisha were very helpful with recommendations on restaurants in the area.

Iloved everything about the stay, comfortable and clean room with coffee pot , micowave, big mini fridge, iron and board, hair dryer, plenty of towels and wash rags, hot tub and pool , breakfast really exceeded what others offer, they had waffles, eggs, sausage links, cereal , milk, oj , apple juice , bisquits & gravy and more.washer & dryer to so clothes , Staff was exceptional as well.

Felt very safe. Everything was very clean . My son loved the indoor pool the most. The live flowers in the walkway inside was lovely. It's also very close to Shoneys and convenient to the gas station.

Honestly everything was good. Only thing was the elevator is slow . I'm only adding that as it makes me list something to add a review.

While the location is currently so-so, our room was very comfortable, especially our bed—and the big bathroom!

Turning left onto the road that only leads to Baymont can be a challenge, and once you’ve managed to turn, the construction zone directly in front of the hotel is an eyesore.

The staff are awesome. The rooms and grounds are clean and safe. The pool and hot tub are definitely a plus being indoors. If you are in the area this is the place to stay. Great selection of breakfast items.

The breakfast was awful, out of everything and not replenished with an hour left before it was supposed to close,with no one there to refill empty food containers. Very disappointed

Had an issue a couple times with the card reader to a couple rooms The owners had to reprogram the key card a couple times
