Friendly staff, spacious lobby, breakfast choices and quality, LVC instead of carpeting in the room, and the size and decor of the room. Lots of parking spaces and multiple entrances. Price!

They couldn't find my reservation by name, so I had to dig up my Booking email. No USB outlets in the room except for one behind the TV, no clock, and no microwave oven (yet, they sell Stouffer's frozen food in the little shop next to the reception!). I didn't feel the attention to detail in cleaning the room--there was something on the nightstand that wasn't wiped/ scraped off, which prompted me to wipe down the TV remote and all the switches, buttons, etc in the room.

Room was very clean and comfortable. I usually bring my own bed linen/covers, but in this case it wasnt neccessary. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was fresh with good options. It was our first experience traveling with our dog...I was afraid we would end up in a smelly pet room, we did not at all, we would stay here again. A pet sitter option might be nice. Though I'm not sure we would use it...the thought of leaving our pet with a stranger is kinda uncomfortable. Which is why we brought her.

The building and rooms were clean. The staff was very nice.

Parking seemed limited. Those who pulled a trailer behind their truck had to park in a way that blocked open parking spots. However, there is an open lot to accommodate parking for larger vehicles, although it didn't seem to be on the same property as the hotel. There was construction on the road at the entrance to the property that cuts off the driveway, caution is advised.

The location was great, the breakfast was good with biscuits and gravy, and the staff was friendly.

The pool was closed due to maintenance not being done in a timely manner. Online, it shows some cookies for breakfast, but there was none. The office chair in the room had a broken arm. The toilet had hair and toilet paper in the bowl when we arrived. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so the entire room smells like the bathroom.

The check in process was straight forward and simple. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and made us feel welcome. The room had plenty of room for the four of us. The downside of the room was the air conditioning seemed to not be working properly and struggled to keep the room as cool as I like, 70 degrees. There was what appeared to be mildew along the top of the room curtain which I didn't notice till we were checking out. Overall I would rate our stay an 8 out 10 just because of the staff that we did interact with.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a great night's sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting us with smiles and happily answering all our questions. We also really appreciated how pet-friendly they were – it felt like they were just as happy to see our furry friends as we were!

The only small downside was that the breakfast selection was a bit limited– but of course, that’s a matter of personal preference.

Making of bed and clean towels brought daily without having to ask. We stayed 5 days, our bed wasn’t made until the last day and a nice room cleaner offered to make it for us after hearing us talk about it.

Rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. Staff (everyone from front desk, cleaning staff, maintenance) were all kind and accommodating. Location was convenient.

Pool was not open and it was 85-90 degrees. Staff said they had notified all 3rd party bookings but was not updated. Breakfast was very generic.

Really looked forward to a jet spa bath after a 13 hour drive. The spa aspect did not work on our tub. also being on the top floor, when the buildings a\c system kicked in it was extremely noisy. The staff were fantastic and the cafeteria lady as always was very friendly. We received an e-mail the 1st night we checked in that we would not have housekeeping services until the 3rd day of our stay. We did receive housekeeping everyday though. That was an added plus.
