Room was great. Very comfortable bedding. You could tell the hotel was updated and clean. The staff was very kind! We didn’t get to the bar but could tell it was very nice. The lobby was inviting.

Breakfast was only ok. We’ve had much better options at lesser priced hotels. I usually have protein at breakfast but was afraid the egg sandwich option would be pre-packaged, so I opted for a bagel which was plain, slightly warm and only grape jelly available. They did have quality cream cheese.

The room and entire hotel was updated and very clean! There was an indoor pool with lots of windows just perfect for children. Even though the rooms are close to a street, it was very quiet.

The weather was very hot (97 degrees) for the days I stayed. A dehumidifier would have helped in the room. The coffee at the cafe was great but breakfast extremely limited.

I liked the quiet of the neighborhood. Its the 1st time we stayed at a hotel that wasn't so close to the innerstate. The staff was very helpful with directions & history of the city, we found that very exciting. We loved speaking with the manager at breakfast every morning & she is a great cook!

There wasn't anything we didn't like. It was all great. The pool wasn't open due to renovation but it was November so we weren't gonna be using it anyways.

Everything was so clean. The staff was so nice and very accommodating. They were so helpful and made sure I knew all the amenities I had access to. The beds are comfortable. The pool was very clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The dead bolt had trouble locking.

Loved our stay...was very comforting and easy access to all places that we needed to be. Staff was so very welcoming and friendly and did everything that they could to accommodate their guest. I would very much like to give a special comment on the amazing housekeepers (upstairs and down) Both of these ladies need all props and support for their friendliness and the way they were helping all the guest that needed.

The bar and bar staff were fantastic!! Very high quality drinks and selection and great atmosphere. Room was clean just had kind of an old smell. Everything else was great

Walk in shower was great. Room was very nice and had nice amenities. First floor room was easily accessible for disabled. Staff was very nice.

I am disabled and I think an extra grab bar on wall outside shower or by toilet would have been helpful.

That it was located in a place were i didn't have to travel Harford my needs

It is a completely remodeled wonderful hotel. It is spotlessly clean, the staff was lovely and helpful and it had everything we could possibly want.

We liked everything!

The indoor pool and spa Hot tub and the breakfast in the morning and a bar at night if that's what you like was really nice staff
