Everything we experienced was top notch. My husband always says if he has a good bed and a good high water pressure shower, he is happy. But we had more than that. We had great people who welcomed us, a great breakfast with wonderful service and a nice, clean, room very nicely appointed with great little extras (loved the indirect lighting in the room and the quality lighting in the bathroom.

It was good parking, but we were hauling a trailer and there was limited parking for longer vehicles. We still made it work, and the hotel was right off the interstate, so it was very handy.

Comfortable bed, clean, safe, friendly efficient staff. I was grateful to find an easy on-off motel before trying to tackle driving through Nashville, headed West.

Property was old, but had been spiffed up as best as could be- new paint and wallcoverings, fixtures in the bathrooms, light fixtures. Not as nice as the pictures made it look, though it was decent for a place to sleep on a long drive. Low ceiling, a little dank. Had to get in the car again to find something to eat other than the McDonald’s next door.

Ample parking. Room was large and comfortable. Excellent water pressure in shower. Carts at front door to move luggage. Friendly staff. Free coffee and cookies on arrival. Breakfast—even though oven was out two types of hot breakfast sandwiches provided along with hot cinnamon rolls, make your own pancakes, cereal, muffins, bread and bagels for toasting with toppings, oatmeal (and hot water to make it), several types of yogurt, fruit, juice, and coffee. Much better breakfast spread than many hotels we’ve stayed at in the past which DO have working ovens!

Cookie display upon entry is always a welcomed surprise. Sometimes hotels can be inconsistent when traveling through smaller towns but this Holiday Inn & Suites had friendly staff upon arrival, easy check in and spacious/clean accommodations. It was also very quiet with a view of the mountains. I would stay here again.

The windows to the beautiful mountains were clouded with condensation, would have loved a clearer view. Overall very clean, with few minor aesthetic issues in bathroom.

We travel frequently for competitions. This was one of the best complementary breakfasts we've had. It was better than some that were not complementary. We were able to control the temperature with complete satisfaction. More and more hotels are using temperature restrictions. Electronic shades. It was nice not fighting with the rolling pull strings. Modern lighting. Large bathroom. We had a microwave and a large mini fridge.

The entertainment was a bit outdated. We were unable to sign into streaming services. There was Menu when the TV turned on, but the remote lacked arrows or a menu button. It seemed the TV was capable of more features, but was limited by the remote. We could only flip through channels. The bed was a bit too firm.

Rooms were quite clean and comfortable......We loved the breakfast available in the morning and coffee...

Rooms could have been a little bigger and as cold as it gets over there, there should have been extra thicker blankets and bedding, but the beds were very clean and quality-feeling.....

Hotel and room were nice, location was great, staff were all pleasant. Breakfast and coffee bar and cookies were good.

Only negative was that room was a little dirty. Some previous spillage on the fridge and going into the bathroom on the floor, moldy shower. Otherwise, all was good!!

The bedding was very plush & comfortable. The room was very clean & Staff was very accommodating. Emma was very personable. We enjoyed our stay. Continental breakfast was very good. Time saver & money saver & nice selection.

It would have been nice if the pool had been heated. It was very cold

The breakfast was very good. Staff was polite and friendly. Location good. Front desk very helpful and friendly. Room clean, taken care of, Bed was comfortable. It was quiet at night and good parking.

It was very clean, they even had Dove soap not the bar soap the other hotels. Gave me extra towels and wash rags so we wouldn’t run out! I will definitely stay here again!
