Gabrielle at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Her cheerful manner set the tone for our stay on the first day, and she made sure our stay was comfortable. We stayed in a king suite with a microwave, fridge, and a coffemaker. There was also a sofa sleeper and a large ottoman. Very comfortable room! So relaxing it was hard to leave the room.

Technical difficulty with elevator due to severe weather, handled well by staff. One of the hosts served as an elevator operator until the elevator could be serviced.

I was recently at a conference with my church, we stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is new, modern, and updated. My king room was clean and well decorated with sufficient amenities and a comfortable bed. More importantly, however, was the staff, who were all friendly and compassionate. They graciously helped me with an act of service that could have easily been ignored, but instead, they chose to represent their hotel well with human kindness. Cleveland, TN is lucky to have you in their hometown!

We stayed for 3 nights...did not know that housekeeping didnt make up our room everyday. This information should be available on the website and at the front desk. I love to have my room refreshed and I don't mind asking for it, but not knowing in advance can make or break my comfort level. Thanks!

From the moment I drove up, I was impressed. The property was clean, the facility was clean, the staff was wonderful. I was a little early due to an unexpected flight change and the front desk was very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and big.

Very clean convenient to the interstate and restaurants.

No complaints about the property, but the booking was advertised as having breakfast included and that was not the case. There was a cafe with breakfast available, but there was no continental breakfast. There were plenty of restaurants in the area, but it needs to be corrected on the website.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and modern. Staff was very friendly when checking in and made it feel like home.
