Location was perfect. Liked the little round tables for 2 and the lower chairs. Do not like the high tables and tall chairs. They are pretty, but for handicapped people they are hard to work with. Food could have been better a little warmer. Amounts were adequate. Would have been nice if juice machine had been working. Loved the pancake maker. Wish I had one. People at front desk were very nice.

Handicapped rooms would have been better on the first floor and then we would have not have to use the elevator.

The breakfast was good, the employee that took care of us at check in was very friendly and helpful. They were having internet issues but I understand that was not the employee's fault. Great for a one night quick check in stay which is exactly what I needed that night due to traveling :)

The hotel could use some upkeep or maintenance repairs-- the door creaked really bad and the tub needed repair on the drain. The first room we were in the toilet was broken. We were moved to another room.

The breakfast was exceptional. The pancake machine is fun and there was a very good variety of food for people on a cardiac diet! The coffee was just fine, but it would be nice to have real half-and-half out for breakfast time.

The pool itself was good. However, the tile that surrounds the pool is dangerously slippery when wet. The pillows on the bed weren't my favorite.

The facility was very clean and looked new. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The night staff was very friendly and handled the fire alarm going off at 2:30 am well. I will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was not great. Holiday Inn usually has a really good breakfast, however, this facility's stove & oven were not working. There was no sausage or bacon. They had sausage gravy, biscuits & eggs. On the last day there wasn't even biscuits, gravy or eggs. I hope they are able to get the equipment in working order soon. This is the only complaint I have with this facility.

Very impressed by the Free breakfast spread! Something for everyone! The dining area was clean and comfortable. The coffee was really good and I loved my omelette! I had a nice conversation with one staff member, possibly the manager and discovered she too is an original Michigander (Mitten Kid)! That was great! All the staff was fabulous!

I wish my boys’ room was closer to my husband's and my room. That’s about all.

Very Clean, indoor pool, and the most comfortable bed!

The kitchen staff could be heard gossiping and wasn’t knowledgeable when another guest asked if something was dairy free. She was actually quite rude until another staff member stepped in. The food was excellent though!

Breakfast was fantastic. Always a great selection. Food fully stocked. My son was fascinated with the pancake machine! The room was really nice. Love that there was a soft and firm pillow for each spot so you could choose which you liked better. Lots of lighting and storage for clothes. The receptionists were all incredibly friendly, as was the cleaning staff. They would set up my son’s animals in the bed, and it made him so happy! Pool area was really nice, we were the only ones ever in it! But the water was pretty nice. By far, the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at!

I would’ve preferred the pool water to be a little warmer for the time of year we visited (November).

Clean, nice and comfortable room. Nice staff.

The door cards quit working several times. Price seems high for that area. Fair amount of traffic noise and noise from the parking lot hotel next door right outside our room. The air/heating fan unit wasn't working but maintenance had already been scheduled to fix it while we were there.

The bed was comfy. Nice tv. A/C worked well

The parking, most of the parking was in the back of building. Didn’t feel comfortable walking to building at night. Wasn’t happy with check in. Elevator was broke

The lady was e optional in keep the food area clean. She always cleaning up the tiniest crump one making sure the food warmers were clean and closed after someone fish g out their meal! She was very kind and never stop cleaning ate area!
