1. Location, 2. Historic value and heritage, 3. Room sizes, 4. Elaborate breakfast.

I requested them to arrange a large, new SUV for a day's trip. The person in reception has shown a picture with two doors of a car and asked if it is OK. I responded saying that as far as it is a good new SUV I don't mind as I didn't have any idea about the brand of the car he was referring to. Next morning, when the car arrived (15 minutes late), I found out that it is a small car and I informed the girl in the reception that I was only looking for a large SUV, and requested her to book one. She talked to the person who arranged the small car and replied bluntly that if i cancel this small car (which I can) then they will not call or order another, which was kind of strange! and in the entire incident I lost more than 30 minutes. Later I had to book an SUV online.

- the location is superb, at the best of bandung. - very easy access to braga, the heart of bandung and a drive away to all the fashion outlets. - pillow & bed was amazing, my fav of all in this hotel. - lots of tv channels with HBO, AXN, sports and others. - the room was nice & comfortable - easier to get street food just by the side of the hotel & convenient store just across the street. - if u love the classic set up of old charm (renovated) this hotel is for u.

- the water pressure is not slow but not that strong either...

Breakfast was great. Service at the restaurant was exceptional.

Internal Communication between front desk and restaurant should have been better. First day for breakfast with additional pax. I was told to pay instead of charge it to the room. Therefore that evening , l went to the front desk to place deposit . The very next morning it happen again. I was told to pay the bill for yesterday breakfast there and pay for today’s breakfast too. They check with the front desk initially and was told that no deposit was made. Till l show them my deposit receipt that was made yesterday. The rest of the next 3 days have no issue anymore. Also, l think there should not be any additional payment for asking additional 1 extra towel.

Friendly staffs, veel welkom directly, they help us directly. I love the decorations, lovely hotel, location perfect.breakfast is so many choices and lekker lekker...we love to stay there

The window, its too noisy to sleep bcause our rooms with the view of the street. But i understand that bcause our location is so close with braga street and asia africa street.

I was impressed with the historical story of the property, as I am one of the Japanese. The hotel renovation quality was amazing but the same time they retain the old and traditional elements in the property which amaze the people stay at. Staff communication level is also recommendable, while I was waiting for the preparation, they offered welcome drink at the restaurant besides the reception. Location wise also highly recommended since it is easy access to the main street of the famous Braga street. But the guest better to remember accessing to another city from Bandung is not that easy If you are the first time visit.Moving to another city such like Yogjakarta or Bali, you need to take a domestic flight from KJT-Airport which is quite far from the property. Costs around 400K for the taxi, a part from that issue, 100% you can enjoy with everything you need.

Nothing much I list.But If to I pick up the point, the online-travel-agents booking doenst come to the property as you expect.Therefore you may book a day prior for your comfort stay.

We stay here for the breakfast and the atmosphere. Staff are most helpful and it is close to the Braga street. On saturday mornings the breakfast buffet is more complete - with my favorite choklat lavacake - peaunut butter and strawberry ice.

We have stayed in all of their room type. We prefer the executive - but street noise can be all night - so they could do something about this with noise reducing window glass

Great historic hotel. Excellent location. I love the architecture and period features.

I stayed at the hotel before. We generally enjoyed our stay however at check in we were told that the swimming pool opens from 7-7. One night we rushed to get back be back at the hotel for a swim at 18:00. However when we arrived at 18:05 we were told that the pool was closed. This is very poor communication as we rushed back from the city centre and take a taxi to get back in time. This needs to improve as we have been told one thing and the reality is something different. Disappointed that management did not address the issue when raised and even after sending an email they did not reply... dissapointing. Despite that we enjoyed every aspect of the hotel.

Exec Balcony room was nice and light, but so street noisy had to change so coukd sleep.Ask about your room. U fortunately the alternate rooms overlooking internal space are dark. Complex lighting system to operAte especially in dark Exec room no bathrobe. No hand towels.

The breakfast is perfect. It's a big buffet in a pleasant space. Although the original Art Deco design might have changed it is still present and grand. Walking through the impressive lobby and seeing the golden (guest) book is a treat for every history buff

We arrived at a time when apparently a lot of people wanted to check in at the same moment. In that regard, it was pretty busy at the service desk causing a rather long waiting time before we were able to go to our room.

Vintage hotel in the city center with a very long history, near the Braga street. The hotel has kept it original art-deco interior , but some details need to be renewed because it looks worn out.... Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast is very good with a very pleasant, welcoming staff. Rooms at street side can give some noise..
