The hotel is one of the best in Sao Jose dos Campos, and it was very convenient. The woman at the front desk was wonderful. Breakfast was great. It was next to a mall which offered many food options.

Rooms were a little small. I would have liked to have seen some larger room options. Before breakfast was over, they were already prepping the room for lunch which I thought was ill-timed. I also thought that the experience arriving at the hotel could have been better. The valet people are standing there most of the time and could have welcomed us by opening the car door as we arrived-that would have brought the service up a bit. It appears they have a contract with Embraer as there were a lot of people there for Embraer...by fixing a couple of these things, they could really improve the quality and service level.

The staff is above and beyond (Julia, if you see this, you are 10/10). Friendly, informative and professional. The location is excellent! It's 2min walking distance to the mall, where you can find a pharmacy, grocery store, hair salon and much more, and it's all within the same complex which means you are very safe. Excellent restaurants in the mall and nearby (5min walk)

The room could be a little bit bigger

Breakfast, location, all really great. No complaints with the staff, wifi, etc. Clean and beautiful area.

The walls are just really thin. could hear so much from the people next to me and down the hall.

Possibly the best hotel in Sao Jose dos Campos, offers great comfort and cordial service. Bed was incredible, and so was the shower.

I loved my stay in Golden Tulip. The rooms were gorgeous, with a lot of space, soft sheets and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and well served. During my stay, I have ordered food in the Cassiano Restaurant, and it was amazing as well.

They charge for the water in the refrigerator in the room, in my opinion they should offer free water to the guests. Also, for me, the process of validating the parking ticket everytime you go in and out of the hotel doesn't make sense, there should be a "free of charge" card for the guests of the hotel.

My go-to hotel whenever I have an opportunity to visit São Jose dos Campos. Location, staff, cleanliness, breakfast, amenities - everything is great. I recommend with my eyes closed.

Great location. Very clean and comfy room. Staff was great as well. Lots of restaurants and nice places to visit around. I'll always consider booking here when i get back to São José dos Campos.

The room's sound isolation is not good.

The breakfast range was good.

I think the hotel should offer a transfer to and from airport even if it included as part of the room fees as the journey was an hour from airport. I was surprised this was not offered.

Amazing location. The hotel so near the mall is quite on hand to find good restaurantes and shopping. The Gym is the best in town, and the breakfast is spectacular.

The room is quite small, and the hotel do not have a pool.
