The breakfast was the typical continental breakfast but it was done with perfection. The staff definitely goes out of their way to assure that the guests feel at home and are able to dine with many choices of breakfast foods.

The only thing I was really not overly thrilled about was the shower temperature and pressure. I had a really long hard day and wanted a hot shower with pizazz. The shower really let me down! However, I would never base my pleasure of the hotel with something like this.. It was clean and everything was nice.

The staff was amazing. Ms Georgia and Ms. LeAndrea at the front desk was amazing and was very helpful to all of our needs. Ms. Linda in housekeeping was so nice made sure we had clean towels daily. The General manager greeted us in the breakfast area. Checking on guest to make sure we were all OK.. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was good. Thank you for a wonderful stay,until next time.

We had no hot water for 2 days, but the manger, Mrs. Ella had rhe provlem fixed & we was refunded for the inconveniences & owner was called in & the problem was soledad, very beautiful & neat & very clean & staff very nice & accomadating, would definitely stay again

Breakfast was great! There was a variety to choose from. Staff and Manager showed great hospitality to make you comfortable. The Manger on staff went out her way to make sure I got some sugar cane to take home to my family who have never seen cane up close. My room and the entire facility was very clean. Location was centerly located to my activities.Thanks you

The new manager is horrible. Charged me a security deposit which has been posted to my bank account instead of dropping off. I've never been charged a security deposit before. I'm not sure if the manager is incompetent or trying to scam - I'm beginning to believe the latter.

The manager and her staff were all professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The hotel itself was extremely clean and well maintained. The lady in the dining room was very kind and helpful. She worked to keep the buffet stocked and the food area clean. Your pillows are great!!!!!!

The bed was alittle too soft, but overall we were very pleased with the accommodations.

One of the best stays we have had!! Very comfortable room! Loved having small couch for exta seating. Really appreciated that the king bed was easy to get into. Didn't need a step stool! Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Bonus was the hot breakfast, I was not expecting. The hotel was very clean and looked newer. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

Hated that I called to see if we could have checked in early, was told it would be a charge, got there to be told no rooms where ready which could have been told over the phone before driving there after driving 4 hours.

LaTaylor was Helpful and although working 2 departments was spot on for her guest cares and concerns excellent guest services. hotel was very nice and clean.

On check in the lack of staff made it a little inconvenient but the front desk agent did a great job. Keeping everyone informed as to room availability.

The staff manager Ella and the front desk Candence went over and beyond to assist me with securing a room when there was a mixup in my reservation. They were extremely patient and courteous. I am so grateful for their service. I will definitely be staying again in the future.
