The property was beautiful inside and out. It was very clean, quiet and I felt safe. The staff was incredible. Front desk staff was helpful and kind. Housekeeping staff was accommodating, kind and helpful. Even fellow guests were get. When we got there the television in our profit room was broken. The young lady at the front desk tried her best to fix it but was unsuccessful. She was kind enough to move us to another room. This property was wonderful and I can’t wait to go back.

In a great location and very clean

One of my bedrooms was hot and maintenance was gone for the night but it took me having to call the front desk a second time to see if I could change rooms. I felt like that should’ve been offered to me when I called the front desk the first time instead of me calling the desk a second time and asking to be move. Who wants to sleep in a hot bedroom that’s so uncomfortable but other than that everything else was good

Loved the swivel tv! Kitchenette was cute and very clean! Had all necessities to cook a meal. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Noisy children that did not have a room on our floor. Not the hotel fault, just unsupervised children. They did calm down before bed time.

I loved pretty much everything

The only complaint was my husband had a problem with the worker in the breakfast area….it was time for breakfast to be over but he was trying to grab a bite and she was very rude and let him knew it was over

Room was good, breakfast was good also.

Kitchen worker had children in the kitchen and trash receptacle was overflowing as she sat on her chair during our time there. The front desk never had anyone there, we had to find help.

I didn't eat breakfast, had to leave early for work but location was great, 7 minutes from my job.

I liked everything about this hotel and location, nothing could have been better.

Great location and very nice staff . Great coffee daily and hot breakfast too. The room was very large . Could sleep 4 or 5 . Nice to have a kitchen in room n microwave n big fridge too. Hot water n shower were great also .

The decor is outdated and they need new mattresses for the couch n beds . But it was comfy .

I didn't like that the bed was very uncomfortable. It dipped in the middle, and this is my go to hotel when im home. But they could use some new mattress in some rooms.

The room was comfortable and extremely clean. Great location near lots of food choices.

every thing was first class better than expected. the facility, staff, breakfast, pool were one of the best places i have ever stayed at a very good room rate. I would recommend residence inn to anyone.
