The room was nice sized! The bed and pillows were very comfortable! Also, our room had an outside patio that was an amazing added bonus to our stay!! This hotel anticipated all of their guests' needs. There's even a Starbucks in the lobby!!! You will not be disappointed in your stay at this hotel. Great place to stay!

The only negative I can say is that the cook was not there on Sunday morning, and no breakfast was being served. However, this gave us the opportunity to check out a local dinner that served the best biscuits and gravy! Also, on checkout day, there were no extra towels available in laundry, no towels at the pool, but the sweet lady in laundry ended up giving me hand towels so I could take a shower.

The front desk clerk was so friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved seeing her smiling face after getting driving in. The rooms were nice and big the bed was very comfortable. It is in a good location to everything.

The only drawback that I had to the stay were the pillows. Due to back problems I can't sleep with very firm pillows. And that is all they had on the bed. I usually travel with my own pillow but had forgotten it this time. I just wish they offered a firm and soft pillow out of the three that was on the bed. But honestly, it was a wonderful hotel, extremely friendly staff, and we will definitely be staying again in the future.

I didn't eat breakfast in the hotel. There was no continental breakfast provided and I chose not to eat at their cafe.

The only concern I had while staying at the hotel was the water temperature. I couldn't adjust the temperature of the water and it did get hot. Otherwise, I was very comfortable and the hotel is in a great location.

We have stayed here before and enjoyed our stay so this was an easy choice to choose them again! The staff is always friendly and check in is a breeze! The rooms are always roomy and clean. It has a great location to everything. This is always our go-to hotel when in Lafayette!

We always pick courtyard properties, this one still needs more updates but it was still nice, clean, and comfortable.

There was no cold water in the shower. My daughters could not shower cause the water was too hot for them, didn’t have nice lotion bottles like other courtyard properties.

I love the layout of the room I like the comfort of the room cozy romantic the bad faces the balcony it's really nice I enjoyed this day they have a bar and a kitchen inside pool and jacuzzi everything was available working in the food was awesome

That majority of the plugs in the room did not work for me to do that

Services was excellent. We had an awesome time. Enjoyed our stay. Relaxed with a nice swim and spa experience. Slept very well in the very comfortable big soft bed. Breakfast was great.

The air conditioning could use an upgrade/ service and maybe more lighting in the room. Lastly the television is dimly lit or has an automated dimming.

We enjoyed everything but the dine in because our food was cold and not cooked all the way but the service person was very nice and cooperative.

A more experienced cook

The staff was very nice and they allowed me to stay a few hours after check out. The kids loved the inside pool.

The pool water was freezing.
