Check-in and check-out were a breeze-friendly and efficient interaction. Room was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was tasty with quite a few options. Great parking. On top of a wonderful facility, I found the staff to be extremely kind and accommodating! The front desk clerk Danielle went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional! She was so helpful and I really appreciated the extra care that she showed us and other guests. I could not have been more pleased!

Absolutely everything besides the hot tub not working. The front desk lady at night was so kind and cheerful. The room was beyond my expectations! Very clean, very comfortable and cozy. I will only stay in these hotels from now on! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and cleanliness!

Breakfast was fine. Good selection. The staff was friendly and informative.

Not enough luggage carts available. I believe there were only two. Both checking in and out we had to make two trips carrying our luggage.

We had a good breakfast, you can choose a reasonable number of items. Our room was huge, beds very comfortable. Furniture a bit old but ok.

Our room was separated by a tiny door from another room and we could ear those people talking (loud voices)

Loooved the pool and hottub, it was so hot that we would completely relax in it. The staff were super friendly too. The room was much more than we could ask for, very large and comfortable. We visited twice already!

Extremely friendly staff that gave us a lot of recommendations on what to do and where to eat! Nice breakfast room with a view on the water, good breakfast. Small but good functional gym.

Kitchen and table for sitting in the suite was not made to spend a lot of time there, quite narrow.

The room was great. When we checked in the a/c was already on, so going into a nice cool room was good.

The noise from upstairs guests. They let their children run and jump late at night.

Proximity to restaurants and the university was great since we were there to move our daughter in for her first semester of college.

The hotel was well placed and offered free parking. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I couldn't fault this hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it or staying there again.

My husband had left his glasses at the last hotel we stayed in and we asked the front desk at LaFayette would they be kind enough to help us by calling the previous hotel. The girl in charge did this and was very helpful in the whole process.
