The property was conveniently located to everything the work staff was very accommodating the unit were very clean

The property was experiencing problems with their fire alarm going off twice in the middle of the night while I was there.The next morning if you left and wanted to come back in your card would not open the door to the inside.And this is very frustrating because there was no one at the front desk to rectify the situation

The location was easy to find. It was secluded. The girl at the front desk was a joy to talk to!

What breakfast? Never saw a place for that. The elevator smelled awful. I couldn’t sleep because of the trains passing by all night. The airport traffic controll tower kept blinking into the window! I also did not like the small pillows on the bed. And did not like how the front desk was shut down after 8 p.m. completely. I never saw anyone Saturday morning at 7:30 a.m. and the front desk was locked up and shuttered. So I just left!

Yes I paid a lot of money to be here and I'm a VIP member I had a problem like people knocking at my door at 3 o'clock in the morning beat on the door you get there nobody here and complained about it several times since I've been here and I've been done at the hotel that I'm in I'm gonna talk to your friend office and you know I'm a VIP memburt and I don't appreciate that you're wanna put me out cause I see Russian John doomman I'm gonna take matters in my hand to talk about well sir you have to get off the property if you're doing just in there if you don't say that Like how you're not doing nothing I'm coming to y'all and letting your know so it's deaf trying to put me Like they didn't want to take my reservation and then till I had to call them should I talk to them like people right it's any way I can get Like help and everything like I'm losing my coupons and everything I'm using it's kind situation that can not help me with the problem a manager of priceline or booking.com

The check in receptionist was amazing. His name was Shane and everyone, every guest knew him by name. It doesn't get any better than that. His customer service is a 20/10.

The weather

I love going to woodspring Suites because the staff is always so warm and inviting. Everyone is very helpful and very knowledgeable. The staff is very accommodating as well!

It was very hot in the elevators and in the hallways but other than that the stay was perfectly fine!

The beds were uncomfortable and there’s never shade

How well kept the rooms are and how pleasant the staff are.

It was small and simple but clean and comfortable. It even had a nice size fridge and 2 stove tops. Great for staying a few days for a festival or such. The people were very friendly.

Not too many elective outlets. No wardrobe closets.
