Hotel Staff Eddie is nice to help us to fix air conditioner problem and upgrade to a suite room. When we check out the hotel room, he also help us to load the luggage. All the hotel staff is nice, we will stay this hotel room again after they finish air conditioner check up and carpet cleaning. Hotel staff said they prepare for busy summer time.

Exceptionally clean and pleasant facility. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and I was impressed with the amenities. They took extra care of my wife and I. We are both mobility impaired and they made everything easier. Totally recommend this facility!!!!

I had zero problems.

The lady in duty that first morning was amazing and super nice!!! She made sure we had everything we needed and was so helpful. She kept it very clean right after everyone.

The breakfast was okay. The first day we stayed the only options were pork and turkey. Strange combination.

Hotel was clean, easy check-in, staff friendly, parking lot well lit. AC worked great, bathroom clean, beds very comfortable. Hot breakfast maintained by a friendly lady, Miss Loretta. She stayed on top of everything, wiping up, refilling, checking on everyone if they needed anything. LOVE the pancake machine!!

There was a duplicate charge on our bank account, that stayed "pending" for several days that made it look like we were charged twice. It was cleared up.

Helpful and pleasant staff, nice room and breakfast good with coffee also available all day.

Felt it was a little expensive compared with other very similar ones we’ve stayed in during our 3 week visit to the USA that were $10-15 per night cheaper. However, would stay there again.

The room was nice and clean. Floor was quiet. House keeping staff great.

Front desk lady seemed bothered at check in. Saw her over the next few days mood was better.

it was 90° outside but the pool was closed, for a 7 year old that’s the only reason to go to a hotel. lol The other thing was they charge you an additional $100 that they give back when you check out as a security deposit. The bad thing is I only use cash or a debit card (no CC’s) and the pay back function takes a long time. I just wish I had been told before hand about it.

Breakfast was great and staff did a great job keeping everything stocked. Breakfast area was clean and staff were very friendly.

The cost of our stay was higher & almost double than it has been in the past. Their charges weren’t the same as I agreed on Bookings, it was more.
