I am starting to think this brand is exceptional. We booked here last minute when our other hotel was full of ants. The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. The facilities are very modern and have a clean vibe. Everything from the public bathroom to the breakfast room is sleek and clean. Very impressive.

Wish they had a larger fridge for longer stays. We travel with a lot of medications and a larger fridge would be helpful. Oh, how I wish the hotel wasn't on Pinhook, haha. Traffic makes it a little difficult to get out, but that's not the hotel's problem.

The staff was super nice and friendly. Rose the general Manager was awesome super nice and very helpful. The Breakfast area was very clean and always well stocked . The lady working in it very friendly. Location for us was perfect . I left a portable medical equipment in the room. Called in a panic and they took care of the problem .Wife and I was on our honeymoon and Rose and her staff do an awesome job. When we come back to New Orleans again there is no doubt we well stay there again.

The breakfast was okay. I LOVED the paper plates and cups! Thank you for avoiding styrofoam and HELPING OUR PLANET! It is much appreciated that you heeded another guest's request to use paper! The bed was very comfortable and the comforters were dreamy!

The shower head needs to be replaced. The front desk staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming after we shared how our flight had been cancelled and we had had a long drive.

The property was new, bright, spacious, and well designed. The spacious lobby / breakfast room was very attractive and functional, The rooms were great. The desk staff was pretty good but just a bit aloof. The breakfast staff were great. We used the outside / covered pool in November. It could have been warmer.

Price was a bit on the high side. There's nothing the hotel can do about the traffic at the entry. However, guests should note that it sits at the intersection of an extremely busy narrow 4-lane road. Right turns onto this road are difficult and dangerous due to the narrow lanes, high speed of oncoming traffic and small turning radius. Left turns are IMPOSSIBLE. I mention this even though the hotel was a nearly perfect La Quinta because it was very stressful getting to and out of the property.

Stayed here while my daughter had ORIENTATION at University of Louisiana at Lafayette and the Stay was GREAT, room was great, breakfast was great, pool was great, I don't exercise but it was great, STAFF WAS GREAT...stayed 7/16-7/18/2024 Tuesday night till Thursday and it was a GREAT STAY, location was 6mins from the COLLEGE, location is close to the STORES, GAS STATIONS, FOOD RESTAURANTS ect...WILL BE BOOKING AGAIN go ULL freshman daughter in the BUILDING fall2024-2028 CLAIMING IT!!!!

Very comfortable stay, with all the facilities you need when you travel with 18m toddler: spacy room with 2 queen beds, bathroom with the tub, refregirator and microwave in the room and in the lobby, AC with user-friendly regulation in the room. 24h free coffee available in the lobby. And even indoor- outdoor pool, with sunbeds and tables placed on terrace, 10am-9pm, very pleasant for thr beginning and finishing the long day of journey from Houston. Spacy free parking nearby the hotel. And wonderful location to have some nice walk to the Lafaette historical oaks.

No additional cot or safety board are available for the child. We need to travel with own Graco cot from Walmart.

It was only a 5 minute drive to downtown. It was convenient to the shops and restaurants on Pinhook too. The front desk agents were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming.

The property was great. There’s a lane blocked off due to construction. Getting onto the Main Street takes a few minutes, but that’s definitely not a deal breaker!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The bed was so comfortable! The shower was great, with exceptional water pressure and hot water! When we stay again in the future, we will ask for a room NOT next to the side door entrance/exit. The shutting of the door all night long did disturb our sleep but that can be avoided next time by requesting a room away from the heavily trafficked exit. Besides this one unforseen thing, our stay was excellent! We look forward to staying again!

Didn't like the fact there were "grown young men" there for a skateboard competition and they were very immature and kept the breakfast very untidy, they really overworked the kitchen worker! Very noisey at 2a.m. banging on doors and leaving footprints on the elevator WALLS!!

Great room, great location, great price. We liked being able to walk to many restaurants and parks. Also close to campus.

It was a bit noisy because of the traffic. It’s on a major road thru town, and the traffic noise was a bit loud at times. We turned on the fan and it didn’t bother us too much, but if you’re used to country quiet nights, bring some earplugs.
