Stayed 4 nights at the end of May in a suite and the end of the hotel with an exeptional balcony and spectaular view over the pool area and out onto the beach of LLafranc and beyond. The staff could not have been more accomodating and assisted with absolutley everything we needed from breakfast right through to late night drinks on the terrace. Their service was at the heart of a truly fantastic hotel. The room was well equipped spotless and absolutley met our expectations. The breakfast was perfect out on the terrace. This hotel sits at the top of LLafranc but is only a short walk into the main small village of LLafranc which has several great restaurants and bars for the evenning. if you are looking to stay in Llafranc then this is defintely the place to stay. Booked again when leaving for another week next year.

We loved the peace of this hotel, quiet location. The room was large enough with a spacious bathroom, a fridge and a lovely balcony to sip tea in the mornings. Breakfast was really good with a tempting dish of the day eg vegetable pie and dainty chocolate pastries. Staff were lovely and thank you for the loan of a beach parasol which was so helpful. The location above the town suited us and we had no issues with the hill. Lunch was also good when we tried it as were cocktails on the terrace.

The pool is a little small and shallow for this number of rooms and we went swimming in the sea instead, When there are more than 4 people in the pool it does feel crowded, especially if kids are running around.

A fabulous small hotel, with welcoming friendly and helpful staff, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, great variety with the daily breakfast and stunning ocean views across Llafranc!

The swimming pool sits in the grounds with fabulous open views down to the ocean, however in the mid September sunshine it is a little chilly and would benefit from heating at this time of year. During our weeks stay it was rarely in use due to the water temperature.

Everything at the hotel and in town, especially the fact there wasn’t permanent background music everywhere! Though it could be different in high season. Each ground floor room had a small terrace area behind a small hedge for privacy and sunbathing (s. photo). The seaside town seemed surprisingly Spanish for the Med. coast.

A minor point: It wasn’t obvious whether, or at what times, we could order anything to eat during the day. If we’d stayed longer, we might have been interested in a salad or similar but there was no information about times or availability. This wasn’t too important to us for a short stay, but a sign on the bar said that a salad was available.

Loved being at the top with incredible view! It was only 8 min walk down to beach and dinner restaurants. Wonderful breakfast with espresso. Emma was welcoming! Emma provided restaurant suggestions and walking tour ideas! The hike to the lighthouse gave historical perspective and great views. The hike to Gofelt and beyond was spectacular trail and scramble. Loved being there in the quiet off season! Thank you!!

Lovely views over Llafranc and the bay. Very good terrace to enjoy food and drinks, lovely helpful staff and a very pleasant pool. The rooms were comfortable and the AC was a huge bonus.

On foot access via the very steep hill is challenging and not suitably advertised

We like to visit the beach and the walk back from the beach is a long very steep hill. A taxi or shuttle service would really make a difference. It’s a shame that there’s not a restaurant serving more than snacks in the evening as it would be beautiful!

It is a very comfortable, family-run hotel. Wonderful views over the town and coast. Staff very pleasant and helpful (including the adorable golden Labrador who keeps a watchful eye on proceedings!) It is a fairly small hotel and has a quiet, relaxed and civilised atmosphere. This was our third visit and can’t wait to return.

Great staff; fully accommodating and responsive; spacious well decorated room; good sized balcony with a table and comfortable sitting chairs; quiet; pleasant view to the sea. Quality breakfasts in a relaxed setting.

Really nothing; it is steep walk up the hill from the sea front, but we knew that.

Beautiful clean property on top of the hill on Llafranc. This is a small boutique style hotel with French inspired decor. So quaint and stylish… the staff were amazing and very helpful. I would 100% stay here again if ever visiting Llafranc. The rooms were very clean and spacious, we got one of the suites.
