Hotel Isabella’s was exceptional. The location - right on the beach - was perfect. Our rooms (202 & 204) both had sea views. The rooms were clean and just a little fun. Breakfast each morning - sitting right by the beach - was delicious. We went to the hotel restaurant, Isabella’s, one night and the food and service was really good. The staff, particularly the reception staff, were amazing - they could not do enough for you. They even treated us to a bottle of cava as they noticed it had been our birthdays the week before we arrived. Cannot recommend this place enough.

The location is the best! In front of the beach. They offer towels at the reception, all of them very kind. The rooms are nice, we had a very big one, with a huge bathroom but, no door in the toilet that for me is very uncomfortable. It is space behind the wall for sliding door, maybe an idea? The airco is also very strong on it min. Breakfast is grate, to eat at the restaurant is also nice!

Excellent breakfast and refreshment availability

There was a 20 Euro per day parking charge - not mentioned in the booking information. This was particularly galling when, after two nights parking, we went back to the car to find it plastered with the foulest pigeon shit and drops of resin from the broken pine tree resin. This required a good hours dedicated hand cleaning to preventing us incurring charges from the hire car company.It was so sticky/tacky that a trip to a car wash would not have done the job.

We booked with breakfast included, and it was a pleasant surprise how great it was. Secondly, it's perfectly located in front of the beach.

They could use some hospitality training at the front desk. The woman literally "shooed" us away as we waited to check in, and demanded we not stand near her or the front desk. So, we and a few other guest just queued on the little ramp in the lobby while she appeared to be holding a counseling session for an extensively looooooong time with a guest. We finally asked if we could leave our luggage and come back to which she replied, "just leave them there" in the lobby, for just anyone to take? Very odd, rude and unsecure.

Individual, boutique style, right on the beach in the centre of town. Mid level self service drinks and snacks station. Very friendly staff

Loud music from the room next door in the late afternoon, early evening (2 days) - inconsiderate but we didn’t let it spoil time on the balcony.

The property was amazing - the location was right on the beach, the decor was tres chic and like you were staying at the coolest person you know beach house. Also had a lot of nice touches like coffee, still and sparking water and a little snack at the lounge on each floor. Staff, (especially the lovely woman at the front desk during the day) were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great - breakfast is not to be missed. It was fantastic.

The property was perfect.

We loved the breakfast. The restaurant would have needed a bit more staff / more experienced staff to ensure tables were cleared from dishes and set for new guests. The freshly squeezed orange juice was excellent but kept running out and the last day there was non.

Our room did not have a safe. Each floor had coffee machines and some snacks which is nice but coffee ran out and was not replaced, dishes accumulated.

This was our family’s first visit to Costa Brava and Llfranc. Isabella’s location is just perfect, right in front of the beach and on the main promenade. The hotel design and decoration was superb and completed the experience. The rooms were lovely and the staff was friendly and helpful. I hope to return soon with my family. The town and the hotel are a dream!

Fantastic location and fun style in the picturesque beach town of Llafranc. Little coffee/snack stations on each floor were a nice touch. And the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Normal double rooms are a bit small. And the restaurant food nothing special. No minibar in the small doubles. And no safes in the bedrooms.

This hotel is very comfortable, but you need to choose the right room, such as the suite. The other rooms are very small and expensive in comparison. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in front of the beach, and the hotel does offer private parking. The breakfast is excellent, the hotel restaurant is average, but there are plenty of restaurants all around. The staff members are professional and very friendly.

This town is expensive, so if you're thinking of visiting on a budget, it's not the place to go! The sound of the waves at night can be tiresome, but what can one do about it? Apart from the beach, there is very little to do if you don't want to drive.
