Whenever I visit Fortaleza, I always choose to stay at this hotel because of its amenities and, most importantly, the exceptional staff. Their attention and support consistently exceed my expectations. For example, during this stay, Magno went above and beyond to address a specific need I had. He understood my request, was incredibly polite by not probing for unnecessary details, and promptly fulfilled it. I felt valued, not just another random guest.

I’m not sure what happened this time, but the breakfast was not up to its usual standard. The pineapple on the buffet was served with its peel, and the scrambled eggs—such a simple yet iconic dish at hotel breakfasts worldwide—were missing, even though some guests requested them. Since this is very unusual for this hotel, I couldn’t help but wonder if something had happened behind the scenes.

I liked everything. The hotel has an excellent location with restaurants nearby. Iracema beach is within a block distance and the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I had a pleasant stay. Thank you all!!

Everything was excellent. Good wifi. Quiet. Very clean.

The only small issue I noted is the window in the bathroom is open to the corridor which means you can hear from the corridor what happens in the bathroom.

The location is great, very close to the beach and the surrounding area feels safe. There is a gas station supermarket few steps away that sells all small snacks you could need. My room was beautiful and well equipped.

The room was big and the bed super comfortable, very clean and also breakfast was good. They helped us booking the transfer to the next city

We stayed there on New Year's Eve and everything was perfect. The location, the staff, the breakfast is the highlight. The rooms are also modern and very comfortable :)

Good breakfast. New, clean hotel. Indoor parking (limited so check in early) and key fob gate opener provided. Good bed and fixtures.
