We liked pretty much everything. Room is big and comfortable, hotel is very close to the airport, with the shuttle available.

It was only a bit unclear regarding the shuttle. We booked it for a certain time late in the evening, and there was no information on where we can find it (neither upon asking beforehand). So we were searching for someone with our name shield, as well as for the shuttle in front of the airport. At the end after calling the hotel, they said the driver will be there in 15 mins. Not a big deal, but some more clarity would be helpful. Also it would be nice to have water as part of breakfast buffet that we could refill ourselves (the staff was helpful bringing it though).

Lovely property, we sat by the pool to rest after a nine hour road trip and enjoyed the peaceful environment. The room was comfortable and had everything we required. The breakfast buffet had multiple tasty food choices. We felt confident our fully packed car was safe as an attendant was standing guard.

While a good location visavis the airport, rush hour traffic made it a challenge for road travelers.

Room was luxury & fancier than expected, everything so comfortable & clean Breakfast by the morning was really good & exceeded my expectations, althoug could work extend times a little bit

Bed pillows were too much fluffy to my taste, if you can improve by having different pillows it will be great. Also bathroom was extremely big & shower glass looked a little bit old

The staff was great. Breakfast was nice. Was only there for 4 hours for a layover. Everything was perfect. They helped us with our 9 checked bags and scheduled time for us to go back to the airport with the shuttle. It was wonderful.

The hotel was all good

Big rooms with sofas and modern tools, frigobar, microwave, for very modest price, clean, modern, ample bathrooms, quick room service, very close to airport, free shuttles to and from the airport, clean pool, very nice and clean buffet breakfast included, they serve you so it's clean food, 4 hours to eat, good food a la carte. Nobody uses the pool so you can have it for yourself.

Too cold weather to swim.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is very good considering it’s included with the cost of the stay. Close proximity to the airport.

Nothing, I wish I had brought a swimming suit with me.

The facility was very clean and very nice. Had everything I needed for a safe and comfortable stay

The coffee pot was not the best. Could not figure it out but finally was able to make a cup of coffee. Would have been nice to have a second cup but one cup was all the room had.

The hotel was very nice and clean. It was at a great location near the airport we arrived from. Kids liked it and the staff was very helpful.

At a point the electricity went out, and they transfered us to another hotel from the chain.We had to wait a little, but we got food and the children were entretained. It was fine at the end.

Close proximity to airport and city proper.

It wasn’t that I didn’t like it was more of not being informed of the area in which is in. The hotel is located in an industrial area, a couple restaurants and convenient stores a few blocks from the hotel. Be advised that sidewalk are not conducive for ADA nor for people who may not be comfortable walking on unpaved areas.

The hotel is impecable and comfortable. I like how big the rooms and lots of food options available for in dining and room service. Friendly staff. Loved how fast and available are the shuttles from the airport.

Rooms are a bit outdated but did not mind too much. It is a bit noisy from the highway in front of the hotel.
