We arrived in off season and found the hotel empty except for us and another couple. It is a large hotel and must certainly be busy in season. The hotel's restaurant was not open and the very small town only had one place open where we could get a hot meal. The hotel did offer a nice breakfast with fresh eggs, various breads, cheese, cold cuts, and cereal, etc. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The bath looked like it had recently been remodeled and was good. Since the hotel sits in the mountains it was super quiet and peaceful

I am sorry we visited in off season when the hotel and the entire area were almost completely deserted.

I've expected more from a Dvorek - it is nice from the picture. However, be sure to ask for the room at the entrance side as another side will provide almost no view. Room is nice, but small (and facing trees and hill next to the balcony). It has a nice working place, good bed, but misses a protection from mosquitos (be ready to meet plenty of them), A/C, and small refrigerator for travel snacks on our long way. Despite of all this, the yard is really nice, with children playground and small swimming pool. You may also sit in the common terrace, take your food and drinks (or use a bar in the house), and enjoy evening in the mountains. Morning hiking is also a big plus. Afterwards, you may enjoy a buffet breakfast with additional omelet, freshly prepared just for you.

Google maps do not provide the right location. Once you come to the bridge as the end of your route, cross it, turn to the left and go up. In ~50-100 meters you will see Dvorek on your left. It was so good that local women helped us to find the place:) Also, it would have been nice to get the information about hiking trails around or other neighborhood to explore.

Excellent food, stylish, calm surroundings, helpful and friendly staff, playrooms for kids.

Party on Saturday night - significant noise until very late. Pillows not super comfortable. A bit too dark, perhaps energy saving is a priority.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and we're still impressed with the location. Its set in beautiful surroundings, with forests and hills. We had dinner in the restaurant which was very good, and our waitress was also very efficient. We had a few drinks later in the bar, and it was very relaxing. Breakfast was also very good

Beautiful building in a lovely rural area. Downstairs bar area was great and nice hostess cooked us a wonderful dinner for a reasonable cost

Room was musty, no hot water or soap and my towel had a stain on it

Our visit was very short and we are sad about it. I liked everything - the surrounding nature, the mountain air, the comfortable and clean room and the attitude of the staff, as well as good WiFi. Comfortable beds, delicious food and drinks in the restaurant, great breakfast!

We arrived at nighttime and the view of the illuminated hotel and the red carpet and gold-coloured details inside reminded us of a mini version of Grandhotel Budapešť. Very tasty and generous breakfast. And Slovakia is just 3 minutes walk away :)

Location excellent, just a five minute walk to the ridge along the Polish-Slovak border.

A walk with the suitcase up a steep hill to the hotel (arrived by train); insufficient light in the bathroom; rather limited choice at the breakfast buffet.
