The staff was really great and helpful. The "single-bed" room was great. The hotel is basically at the Mito train station, and very close to the bus station, which gives you access to everywhere very easily. There is a large shopping mall at the other side of the train station (5 minutes walk from the hotel). The breakfast was good, not very much varieties, but enough to get your day started.

"At least my" room was located on the train station side, and while I was at a high floor and windows were closed, I still could hear the trains coming back and forth the whole day!

The breakfast was not very varied

A nice quiet stay even though I was there on Halloween. I could hear slight hooting from down below but it was slight and only when I was at the window. My view was of the city towards the lake which is always a nice bonus. The hotel is in the buildings attached to the station so it's extremely convenient. Breakfast was a Japanese buffet in a izakaya that is repurposed for breakfast. Plenty of food and quite tasty.

The facilities were on the older side and could use refreshing but everything worked just fine. The izakaya is "charmingly rustic"? It's hard to describe without going.

Amazing location, right near the station. Clean and spacious rooms, quiet, so we could have a good rest. Very helpful and kind staff, they have located our rooms near each other as we requested. We loved the breakfast and quality of everything overall. Additionally, you can purchase extra amenities like hot eye mask, bath salt, face lotion etc. at the front desk.

I wish they had more vegan food options during the breakfast.

Great convenient location close to the station. Eating places close by. Room had good amenities, nice helpful staff and very clean We requested to room next to each other and that was fulfilled. I would stay here again.

Location was convenient, directly connected to Moto station.

Curtains and windows were dusty. Room was old but fairly well maintained, but still shows its age nonetheless.

The location is really nearby Mito station. The breakfast is also fine. The hotel stuff was also friendly and helpful.

The room is a bit outdated however it was clean. Just for one night to stay, it was really fine.

The amenities were amazing, I love ume konbu cha and think it matches well Mito atmosfere. The room was spacious and the chair on the work table was really comfortable.

Good traditional breakfast. The hotel next to the main station - easy to travel. The city has a beautiful canal and park.
