Hotel is located near to the Mito Station, less than 5 mins walk from the station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr Yutaka Oouchi and his colleagues at the front desk who helped us and showed us how to navigate the Japanese GPS in our rental car. The room we booked was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The breakfast was a little disappointing. The choices were limited (either Japanese, Western or Chinese sets to choose from) and each guest is only allowed to choose ONE set only. The items offered in the sets may not be our preferred choices of food. The portion for each set is rather small and we are not allowed to choose more than one set per pax. We could not even ask for more juice or coffee other than the small glass/cup given. We have to supplement our breakfast with snacks we bought from convenient stores. We would much prefer to have a buffet style breakfast where we could have a hearty breakfast and choose the food we preferred. There is no free parking for hotel guests.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accomodating! The only place I've been to in Japan where they actually took the initiative and placed my luggage in my room before I arrived, finally! The room was very spacious for one person and everything was very clean. The location is so convenient and close to many delicious restaurant options! Even shopping at Mito station I found some really good bargains.

I booked the smoking room because that was the only room available so there was a little bit of a smoke smell but I'm sure if I had gotten a normal room, it wouldn't have smelt. Next time I'll try book earlier!

Great place. Nearby train and bus stations. Nearby large shipping area inside the station. Served well. You can buy souviners from mito stations shopping centers (reasonable prices). There is some international restaurants and cafe inside mito station. Staff was more than amazing. I highly recommend it.

Staff were excellent at check in. The rooms are a decent soze and the bayhroom's good. The hotel is quite close to the station.

The rooms are a little older. The bed's are the typical hardness of most Japanese hotel chains.

The breakfast was decent and delicious. Perfect location and close to JR station with lots of restaurants around. Free carpark was provided.

The room and furniture is a little bit old, but clean.
