Great location in the centre of Campeche, 5 minutes from the main square.. It's a bit dated and the rooms on the ground floor are dark and a bit austere. The best choice is a junior suite with a terrace. The staff are friendly and helpful - there was a bit of confusion with our booking, which they sorted out quickly and without any hassle. There is an in-house restaurant, very lacking in ambience and tailored to the large tour groups that use the hotel. We only ate breakfast there - with all the fantastic restaurant choices in the city, why would we eat dinner there - and it was OK, although the portions were good. Would we stay here again? Yes, but it would never rate as our favourite.

The shop opposite that played a very irritating jingle on loop from early morning to late in the evening!

Amazing hotel right in the center of the City. Close walking to the main square, malecon, and calle 59 with the restaurants and bars. Great breakfast options with good portions, good coffee and excellent service. There was even someone playing live piano one morning. Fast room service. Spacious bathroom and shower with tub and hot water with good pressure. Very clean, beautiful lobby. Plenty of lighting in the room, with convenient bed side switches.

We had a street side room so had to sleep with earplugs due to vehicle noise, but I'd still stay again regardless. Wifi was very slow and I just ended up disconnecting to get consistent connection.

Just stayed at this beautiful hotel. The location is fantastic, within just a couple of blocks to the Old Town Square. The hotel has a restaurant on site and also has a cute swimming pool in the back. There is plenty of parking space for those who drive in. I had a junior suite and the view from the balcony towards the Old Town Cathedral was simply mesmerizing, at sunrise, sunset and night time. The majority of the staff do not speak English though, but I figured everything out and everyone was lovely. I was able to communicate in English with only two (2) of the staff members at the front reception. On the day I checked in, a gentleman at the front desk helped me with directions to the Fort and to a convenience store so that I could purchase bottles of water and some snacks. He was fluent in English and was very helpful. On the day I checked out (Nov. 6), another gentleman at the front desk offered me great assistance. He spoke impeccable English and also showed impeccable professionalism. I had trouble with the stairs due to my bad knees. This gentleman helped me with my luggage down the flight of stairs at the front entrance to the street level and waited with me for a taxi. Within a minute or two, I was able to catch a taxi to the Central Bus Station for my bus ride back to Merida. I was in such a hurry to catch my bus back to Merida and was so completely stressed out about missing the scheduled bus that I forgot to ask for his name and to thank him properly - my sincere apologies! This gentleman wears dark rimmed glasses and speaks unaccented North American English. He was truly the epitome of brilliant customer service as well as uncompromising excellence.

Wi-Fi could use some improvement. But this probably has more to do with the internet service provider, through no fault of the hotel.

1) The room was very clean, beautiful interior, the room had air conditioning. 2) The lobby had a very nice festive decor for Christmas. 3) First, we were placed in a room that overlooked the roadway and it was very loud, and at our request we were moved to another room without any problems, where we were quiet and peaceful at night. 4) The bathroom was clean and everything worked well.

1) The pool was very cold (deep and small - which is also not very pleasant), no one rested in it and our children also refused to swim in it. 2) Juice and coffee ordered from the hotel restaurant to our room were of poor quality, it was impossible to drink from.

We really liked Campeche and this hotel was very located to see it all within a short walk. The facilities were great and the room was comfortable. The pool was a nice touch and the parking was very convenient and easy. It is a bigger hotel than the pictures look but it is good value for what it is.

We weren't offered a breakfast option even though it was being served. Not sure why?

The Staff were amazing, Marisol and her boss on duty David were very nice, loved the location food there great amazing breakfast.

Fridge in the Junior Suite would have been great and we had drank our coffee in the room and asked two of the cleaning girls for another pack and they said no, that was a first lol

Very well located - very clean - practical.

The rooms we were given were too close to the air extractor, above the restaurant. Quite noisy in the evening. Fruit juice missing in the breakfast buffet and sweet bread ran out very quickly at breakfast buffet

The hotel was super clean and the breafasts varied and tasty. The location was easy walking distance of the center and restaurants.

Unfortunately the beds were way too hard and overdue for replacement. The room placement we recieved had a bit to much street and air conditioner noise.

Great location, easy parking, large spacious bedroom and everything very clean.

The continental breakfast was very poor value with very slow service. No fridge or mini bar in the room.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very close to the historic centre and near to restaurants and bars.

The bar is not welcoming to sit in for a drink, it is dark and the air conditioning is too cold. This was the same in the lobby area with the air conditioning on too high.
