Excellent option to spend one night in Santa Rosa. Quiet location that felt safe, except perhaps for the horn-blaring train that felt like rumbling past my doorstep a couple of times during the night. My wife said she didn’t hear it. Go figure. But I don’t hold that against the hotel; I didn’t mind it. Well appointed room, with 55” TV with full DirecTV programming, fridge, microwave and coffee. Comfortably clean. The facilities were in good shape and exceedingly well illuminated. Electric outlets galore in the room. Nice staff. Basic breakfast with pastries, fruit and coffee. A no-frills motel, but a really nice stay, I must say.

I found what looked like a tiny roach in the room. It may mean nothing… or something.

The room was clean and comfortable. All the appliances worked and were in good repair.The room was surprisingly quiet, in spite of neighbors upstairs and next door. I didn't hear their TVs or voices. The shower water was hot enough and no loss of pressure, even though I showered at a busy time. The price was what I could afford and I was grateful for the bargain. I really had a good, peaceful night's sleep, which can be hard to come by when on the road.

Actually this was Google's fault. They directed me to turn onto River Road. No street signs. I wound up going by intuition and found the motel OK, right where it was supposed to be.

Right off of I-40, yet we never heard any traffic. Well lit parking lot, with room for pickups with trailers. Rooms were good sized, with large flat screen TV's. Staff could not have been nicer, made you feel right at home. Bathrooms were clean and worked exactly like they should, with a bonus night light. Beds were perfect, not too hard or too soft. Huge flat screen TV with lots of channels. Microwave, mini fridge, good wall unit air. Even have HDMI ports built into the night stand. Blueberry waffles for breakfast. Along with two choices of cereal, muffins, cinnamon rolls. Orange juice, good coffee with all the fixings.

I would not change anything about this motel.

Very convenient off of I-40, easy to find and plenty of well lit parking spaces. We had a truck and car trailer that we were able to park and see easily, from our window. Staff was very friendly and got us checked in quickly. Room was nice and warm, very clean, big flatscreen TV, beds were comfortable. I was impressed with both the staff and the condition of the room. Returned two day later, the staff greeted me instantly, remembering my first name. Very pleased and so much more than I expected.

To be honest, I would not change a thing about this motel. The staff, the room, parking, it was all so much better than I expected.

This property is the quietest motel in Santa Rosa. It is away from the Interstate and the railroad. The rooms are always very clean. So is the parking lot and the flower bed with the rose bushes shows how much the owners/managers care for this place. We always stay at this motel when we are in Santa Rosa.

Whenever we stay in Santa Rosa "Americas Best Value Inn" is our preferred motel. The staff is friendly and efficient, the rooms are always clean, the location is great which all together make for great value.

When traveling it is an easy off and reasonable price stay, I like to back up to door with packed truck and have a great waffle for breakfast before hitting the road

You turn the A/c when you get there so it takes a bit to cool but it does

The room was clean and seemed to have just been updated. Everything worked well. We had no problems with it. A great little place to stay if you're passing through. I would recommend it to friends.

Great value for the price. Not fancy at all, but very clean. Parked outside the door. Very easy to carry in and our. Staff was so nice. Office was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Great overnight stay.

Ice machine was a little far from our room. Could have two ice machines in a property this size.

The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly. Air condioner worked well. Shower was wonderful with a high, well working, shower head (great for tall people). If we had neighbors, either they were quiet or the walls are solid. Area was well lit. It's an older hotel, but well kept.

Not much for breakfast, but the water was hot for tea, and there was a waffle machine. The directions brought us to River St., which is behind the hotel with original entrance being an RV park. Would have been better if it had kept me on 54 to go in from the front.
