Connected to the mall and train station. Easy off and on. Totally convenient. Compared to bustling Shinjuku & Yokohama, this hotel stay was in a more serenity location at a much more reasonable price.

Nothing. My purpose was to visit nearby Camp Zama and the housing area in Sagamihara; two short stops away. Awesome Mountain Views from the 14th floor. A genuine massage shop was right out the 7th floor lobby. Also, a Japanese Buffet provided meals (for a price) at breakfast & lunch. Other restaurants on the 8th floor in the adjacent mall. What's not to like.

The hotel is connected to the train station and a shopping mall. Drug store, grocery store and many other stores are located just steps away. Uniqlo, GU and Jins are also in this mall. There is also a big shopping mall next door. They also opened a restaurant and coffee shop on the lobby level.

For a family, this was great. I loved that they had a dedicated nappy bin in our room. The room was a good size and the staff were very friendly. All the amenities were available. Access to the department store was good.

The bar was hidden and I only discovered it on the final night.

The hotel was clean, easy to get to and the food was AMAZING (diverse, tasty and healthy). The hotel is right next to the train station and a big shopping center--where you have even more delicious culinary options to chose from. Easy travel to Haneda airport (by shuttle about 2 hours, by car about 1 hour).

Always happy with professional staff and size of room, bathroom roomy and comfortable. Closet great for hanging clothes and luggage storage. Great stay as expected, will stay again on our next trip.

The shower curtain smelled kind of bad, requested a curtain change, but replacement if done was the same. Other that that great stay.

Stay was great if one improvement could be made additional drawer space would make it perfect. But otherwise good as expected.

Excellent staff, location, breakfast. Our room was kept spotless. We stay here when we visit our family and friends. It is worth to spend little more to stay here than other small businesses hotels.

The staff of this hotel was very well trained, so I felt very comfortable staying this hotel. Under the hotel, there was a market. It was very convenient to get my food and souvenir for my family and friends.

I stayed this hotel with breakfast. However, the BF menu was mainly Japanese cuisine, so I did not have much choices for my BF. It was a little disappointment!

The location is extremely convenient. There is a bus direct from Haneda, it is connected to the subway station, and there are several decent restaurants in the connecting mall. You really never have to leave.

The bed and pillows were fairly uncomfortable but pretty typical for Japan standards

After I came back from outside and opened my room door, I smelled something very strange odor. It looked like smoking or mold.
